“The first American patriot that shoots down one of these drones that comes too close to his children in his backyard will be an American hero.” Judge Andrew Napolitano.

Citizens of Deer Trail, Colorado have had enough of the Orwellian police grid being built around them. In a grassroots movement several of the townspeople have gotten an ordinance to be proposed for a vote that would essentially legalize the shooting down of government drones.

Former Deer Trail Mayor Robert Copely, “I would should a drone down if it’s peering in my window, scanning me, and within elevation where I can nail it.”

Of course the media will paint this as some type of ‘crazy anti-government kook movement’ but the reality of the situation remains. The Federal Government is building an Orwellian spy grid and becoming far to intrusive into the lives of innocent people. A stand needs to be made, awareness needs be raised, and this type of sadistic invasion of privacy must be resisted and brought to a halt.
