Police may not like to admit it, but they are under pressure to “perform.” After all, if they don’t make so many busts a month, people might start to think they don’t need them, or worse, they may lose some of their precious tax payer funded budgets.

The incentive to make busts will often lead to unscrupulous measures being taken by cops. Below, in the video, is a perfect example of how easy it is for cops to bust anyone they want. Good thing this guy had security cameras in his building, otherwise he’d be doing  a five-year mandatory minimum sentence.

Dave Chappelle once did a comedy skit in which he acted like cops investigating a crime. No matter what happens the cops always have an out. All they have to do is, “sprinkle some crack on him!” While his comedy is funny, the truth behind it is eye-opening.
