The latest Hollywood scandal comes as no surprise to one actor who has been trying to warn the public of the dangerous sexual predators who are running rampant in the entertainment history for several years.

In 2013, Corey Feldman broke his silence and said what many were already thinking—that Hollywood is filled with pedophiles who are raping, molesting and damaging child actors and musicians, leading many to fall into depression and suicide. Fast-forward to 2017, where media mogul Harvey Weinstein has been outed as a serial predator, and A-list actors and actresses are discussing how they were raped as children.

Feldman was detained by the Mangham Police Department in Louisiana on Saturday, just days after he promised to reveal a plan to bring child sexual abusers to justice. He was charged with one count of possession of marijuana and a traffic charge.

Police Chief Perry Fleming said Feldman was released after being charged and had to pay a fine. Others in his entourage have been charged as well. The arrest and subsequent legal trouble forced Feldman to cancel his music concert scheduled at the Live Oaks Bar and Ballroom in Monroe. He is traveling cross-country on his ‘Heavenly US Angelic Tour’. The arrest, which arguably cost Feldman thousands of dollars, has caused many eyebrows to raise, including those of political activist Milo Yiannopoulos.

Milo posted a link to the story of Feldman’s arrest on Facebook and included a comment alleging Hollywood may actually be behind Feldman’s legal troubles for a plant that is legal in some form in 29 U.S. states.

“They are going to silence him before he can blow the lid on Hollywood,” Milo wrote.

After news of the stop began circulating on the internet, Feldman took to Twitter to clarify everything that had transpired. He noted that police gave him a good old fashioned “shakedown.”

“4 THE RECORD, I WAS NOT ARRESTED OR PUT IN JAIL,” the Stand By Me star wrote in a series of tweets on Sunday. “I RECEIVED A MISDEMEANOR IN LOUISIANA, DUE 2 A MEMBER OF MY CREW HAVING MEDICAL MARIJUANA, WITH A LEGAL CA PRESCRIPTION, I HAD NOTHING ON ME, BUT WAS CHARGED BECAUSE ITS MY BUS. ALSO 5 OTHERS WERE CHARGED DUE 2 HAVING LEGAL MEDICINES WITHOUT THEIR PARTICULAR BOTTLES. NO ILLEGAL OR STREET DRUGS WERE FOUND ON THE BUS AT ALL! WHICH IS Y NOBODY SPENT THE NIGHT IN JAIL. HOWEVER WE WERE PROMISED THAT THESE CHARGES COULD ALL B DROPPED WITH PROOF OF PROPER SCRIPTS!”“4 THE RECORD, I WAS NOT ARRESTED OR PUT IN JAIL,” the Stand By Me star wrote in a series of tweets on Sunday. “I RECEIVED A MISDEMEANOR IN LOUISIANA, DUE 2 A MEMBER OF MY CREW HAVING MEDICAL MARIJUANA, WITH A LEGAL CA PRESCRIPTION, I HAD NOTHING ON ME, BUT WAS CHARGED BECAUSE ITS MY BUS. Feldman has never hidden his marijuana use, having told CNN’s Piers Morgan in 2013 he first smoked marijuana with actor River Phoenix (also reportedly sexually abused as a child and later killed himself). Some may find it ironic, also, that Feldman went on a Twitter just days before he was picked up by police, in which he laid out a plan to expose these monsters. Indeed, Feldman himself found it ironic.

In the many tweets, Feldman discussed why he had not named his abusers, why his Hollywood colleagues should also come forward, and hinted at a plan he had to get justice for everyone victimized by Hollywood’s pedophile elite.

Feldman first broke his silence in 2013 after his friend and fellow child actor Corey Haim also took his own life. He has made many comments over the years about what happened to Haim, and presumably Phoenix.

“There’s one person to blame in the death of Corey Haim. And that person happens to be a Hollywood mogul. And that person needs to be exposed, but, unfortunately, I can’t be the one to do it…There was a circle of older men … around this group of kids. And they all had either their own power or connections to great power in the entertainment industry…[T]here’s a lot of good people in this industry, but there’s also a lot of really, really sick, corrupt people. And there are people … who have gotten away with it for so long that they feel they’re above the law, and that’s got to change.”

Feldman, Haim and Phoenix, among many other child actors, were all managed by Chris Snyder and his late boss, Iris Burton. When asked about Feldman’s claims that he was abused by his Hollywood handlers, Snyder, in a piece for ABC News, claims Feldman’s accusations stem from being a penniless child actor, whose parents appeared to have gobbled up all of his million dollar earnings.

“The biggest problem … is when the parents start to live through the kids and quit their jobs, and buy expensive houses, buy expensive cars,” Snyder told ABC. “And the parents aren’t understanding it’s not going to go on forever. And it just wrecks everything.”

Feldman has yet to name names and now says it is to protect the very family Snyder implied squandered his earnings. As The Free Thought Project has reported, other A-list Hollywood actors are naming names, and the tip of the pedophilia in Hollywood iceberg seems to be coming to the surface. Who knows how many more child actors will come forward with their allegations, but many people are unanimous in their agreement: It is long overdue.

While many victims live in shame of what has happened to them, the child star actor said in a tweet that the real shame should fall on the heads of those perpetrators who commit such brutal acts of sexual violence against helpless, trusting children. He tweeted in all caps:

As for Feldman’s police interaction, it is unclear if his promise to speak out is somehow connected. If not, the Mangham Police Department should drop all charges against Feldman and his crew, which Feldman said may happen.
