A 19 year old girl was pulled over by one of the many sociopaths in blue last week when the ‘unthinkable’ happened.

Officer Jackie Neal of the San Antonio PD, pulled the victim over on the south side and made her stand behind his squad car. What happened next is described by the SAPD Chief William McManus as “unthinkable.”

Neal, 40, was in full uniform, in a marked squad car and on-duty when he made a traffic stop Friday morning and sexually assaulted a 19-year-old woman, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

According to KENS 5 News,

The victim later contacted police and opened an investigation.

Neal was taken into custody by SAPD Special Victims’ Unit detectives after police officers pulled him over on the south side around 2 a.m. Saturday, according to a statement issued by the department. Neal was arrested on a warrant for sexual assault, a second-degree felony.

“I am angry. I am outraged. It’s a punch in the eye to the police department, this kind of conduct,” McManus said. “We won’t tolerate it for a second. And I think the swiftness of the investigation and the arrest is indicative of that.”

The chief said he did not know whether Neal and the victim knew each other prior to the alleged attack.

As expected, Neal is now on paid vacation receiving his full and over-deserved salary of $62,556.00. If we use past brutality cases like this as an indication, it is likely that Neal will never see the inside of a jail cell and may not even lose his job.

And these are the people that force us to pay them money because they claim the supposed responsibility of ‘protecting and serving’ us. Who will protect us from the ‘protectors’?
