Racketeering Lawsuit Exposing Nationwide Vote Rigging in DNC Primaries Could Derail Clinton

Corte Madera, CA – A major lawsuit is on the precipice of being filed by the Institute for American Democracy and Election Integrity, the implications of which could dramatically alter the landscape of the 2016 U.S. presidential race.

The group claims that in about eleven states, there has been noted a significant difference between the exit polls and the electronic vote totals presented on the morning after the primaries. These differences show votes appear to be shifted from Bernie Sanders to Hillary Clinton. The chances of this kind of shift happening are considered to be statistically impossible between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning in these eleven states.  See the chart below.

“We are going to be filing a racketeering lawsuit under the Ohio Racketeering law, the strongest in the country and we can bring in every state, our RICO statute is coextensive with the federal RICO statute… So they’re nailed,” said Cliff Arnebeck.

Arnebeck, an election lawyer, got his J.D. from Harvard and is the chair of the Legal Affairs Committee of Common Cause Ohio and a national co-chair and attorney for the Alliance of Democracy. He will be joined by Bob Fitrakis, an election lawyer and political science professor, as co-counsel.

Computer security expert Stephen Spoonamore, who worked with Arnebeck on exposing GOP election fraud in Ohio has noted that when exit poll data varies more than 2% from electronic vote totals, the electronic vote totals are questionable.

In fact, 2% is the boundary by the US government when determining whether an election in another country has possibly been stolen. Please notice the exit poll differences in the 2016 DNC primaries listed above are significantly more than 2%. These differences point to questionable results for the electronic vote totals and likely electronic vote switching.

This is not a Republican-Democrat issue, this is not a partisan issue, this is a Democracy issue, if you actually care about a Constitutional democracy in which each person votes, that vote is validated and the people who end up in office are reflected on the basis of the way people voted you care about this issue,” said Spoonamore.

According to the Institute for American Democracy and Election Integrity:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Although we have taken note of the shift here from Sanders to Clinton, we are NOT in any way stating who has done the shifting. WE DO NOT KNOW WHO HAS DONE THE SHIFTING OF THE ELECTRONIC VOTE TOTALS. This situation has galvanized three organizations, The Institute for American Democracy and Election Integrity (ADE) , the Columbus Institute of Contemporary Journalism, and Democracy Counts to set up our own exit polls and audits to track apparent election results in California.

Richard Charnin, a mathematician and statistician and author of the book, Matrix of Deceit, has been reporting on the apparent shifting of electronic vote totals and the non-release of raw data from Edison since 2004. Richard Charnin, well-known for what he calls the “Red Shift” which has been a shift between exit polls and electronic vote total differences of about 4-5% each year. This constitutes a shift to the political right. Although he is unable to analyze the raw data, he has been able to get screen shots of what the exit polls showed minutes before all of the electronic votes have been totaled since 2004.

In 2004, when Edison Research initially got exit poll data that said that Kerry was winning and Bush was losing at 9pm on election night and that the reverse was true shortly after midnight, Edison Research made a choice to “adjust” the raw data after that time so that it would match the electronic voting machine totals. Edison Research definitely wanted to keep being hired by the Media Consortium which proposes to tell viewers the true election results but which also chooses to trust electronic voting machine data. That was the last time that the American public has been able to see raw exit poll data.

Unfortunately this year, substantial exit poll differences have been noted in the US primary. In this year’s primary, the Red Shift appears to have become the “Clinton Shift”.

Arnebeck was the lead attorney, with Fitrakis as his co-counsel in the King Lincoln Bronzeville v. Blackwell case, which exposed electronic vote rigging in Ohio’s 2004 presidential race. During the lawsuit, a very revealing deposition of Michael Connell, head IT guru for the Bush family and Karl Rove, provided insight into how the election fraud conspiracy operated.

According to a report by Truth-out:

Connell served as the IT guru for the Bush family and Karl Rove. Connell ran the private IT firm GovTech that created the controversial system that transferred Ohio’s vote count late on election night 2004 to a partisan Republican server site in Chattanooga, Tennessee owned by SmarTech. That is when the vote shift happened, not predicted by the exit polls, that led to Bush’s unexpected victory. Connell died a month and a half after giving this deposition in a suspicious small plane crash.

One can clearly see how deep the rabbit hole goes, as the one person who could implicate the actual individuals responsible for the election fraud conspiracy happens to have an “accident” that kills him. Essentially the investigation could go no further upon the suspicious death of Connell, thus protecting those behind the conspiracy.

Given these facts, it’s apparent that Arnebeck and his team are the real deal, and have experience in bringing a major legal action involving voter fraud and electronic vote rigging/switching.

Initially, the new lawsuit was to be filed on June 6, as stated in the video release announcing the results of their investigation, but the filing was delayed due to ADE wanting to include data from California’s primary, which was held on June 7.

Suspiciously, the Media Consortium and Edison Research, which control election polling, has now decided to cancel the remaining exit polls for the 2016 primaries. Many suspect these exit polls have been canceled because these exit poll differences could be used as an indicator of election fraud when contrasted with electronic voting totals.

“There is no way the Democratic Convention is going to nominate somebody on the basis of obviously stolen votes…the facts are coming out and that’s a fact…We are suing the media as being complicit in the crime. They are acting as accessories after the fact. They are covering up evidence of criminal activity, it’s a crime,” said Arnebeck.

In my opinion Hillary Clinton has been used for the purpose of scuttling Bernie Sanders campaign for president, she is being used…but they’ve been caught, it’s obvious, it’s just like Bernie Sanders when he talks about the system is rigged, ah the elections are rigged, the evidence is clear, everybody’s gonna see it and the game is over…Bernie has won in fact…”

The fact that electronic vote rigging is currently taking place, while the mainstream corporate media remains curiously silent, indicates a massive fraud being perpetrated on the American public. Make no mistake, had the vote been closer in the GOP primary the nomination would likely have been stolen from Trump in the same manner. This isn’t a partisan issue, but one that slashes across the political spectrum and should alarm every American.

The time has come to ask ourselves who is behind the stealing of U.S. elections, and maybe more importantly; why does nobody in a position of authority seem interested in finding out?

In the video below Arnebeck breaks down how they prevented the Ohio presidential race from being stolen in 2012 and explains exactly what is taking place in this election cycle.

I still don’t understand who they’re suing besides the media.

    • lisa

I think they are attaching it to the existing lawsuit King Lincoln Bronzeville vs Blackwell. The aim is to get the info out to the public, not to wrap up the case.

Election commissions, state attny generals to start. Getting raw non changed to match the voting totals, exit polls. Exit polls are the bench mark that indicates election theft and corruption. Harvard did a study on integrity of elections. US was 47 out if 47 countries.

      • Jake

Do you have a link to the Harvard study?

        Thanks!

The United States ranked 47 of 139 countries (the worst among advanced nations) for “election integrity” – it’s a broad measure and fraud is only one component among many. Here’s the paper: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ziav8ce6c63lx0k/The%20Year%20in%20Elections%202015_pages.compressed.pdf?dl=0 And here’s the overview: https://sites.google.com/site/electoralintegrityproject4/projects/expert-survey-2/the-year-in-elections-2015

          • Björn Friberg

Scandinavia in top on integrity. It’s just …

As a Swedish citizen I’m well aware that my nation is one of the least corrupt in the world. Then I consider the facts that our previous government tried to privatize more then the citizens wanted (taxpayers lost a lot of money, and that party lost their next election), and a lot of banks and corporate interests have been exposed on favoritism and bribes (i. e. corruption) in the way they condone their business with foreign interests …

… and we’re the GOOD example?

Our transparency policies and laws help us to discover cases like these, and we don’t shy from pursuing even the strongest of interests.

Our own government, just days ago, was convicted of wrong doing against minority group of Roma for a discriminatory register that had been created by the police in Scania county.

Consider it. A minority group, represented by 11 people, sued the government for malpractice and won. (Here’s one coverage in English: http://www.usnews.com/news/world/articles/2016-06-10/swedish-government-ordered-to-pay-damages-for-roma-register )

Yet we STILL have corruption (thankfully less rampant). I can’t even imagine what you’re going through, since we’re the good example to follow. Daemn …

          • Swede760

I have a lot of Family in Sweden and Norway and even when I was 13 and visited those wonderful Nations I saw that my part of the Family would have been better off to stay in the old Country.

          • Björn Friberg

Well, perhaps. After all, it was only 100 years ago that Sweden was one of the poorest nations in Europe, and we had rampant shortages of food (especially in the northern parts). If they had stayed, it’s no guarantee they would have lived, and that would be troublesome for you =P

It’s been a slow process to reap the benefits of our current system. It was first introduced in 1932, when our Social Democratic workers party (as it was called then, now it’s just Social Democrats) came to power in the election. They then held that power for 44(!) consecutive years. In fact, since the 1930’s, they’ve held power on and off for some 70 years I think it was.

When skeptics claim how our system is doomed to fail, I sure like to point that out to them ;). For something that has been in place and improved upon for nearly a century, it sure takes long to fail ^^

          • Swede760

My Great Grandparents came about 110 years ago and yes I understand that things were bad then. We actually had it very good until lately, we were Commercial Fishermen and now we are being kicked off the Columbia River so Sport Fishermen can have all the salmon and our boats and gear are custom made for where we fish and are worthless anywhere else. I have a cousin that is commercial fishing a Lake in Sweden that has been fished forever yet we can not keep the Columbia River a viable commercial fishery.

          • Björn Friberg

I’m sad to hear that mate =/. At the same time I’m kind of glad to hear that you’ve kept part of your heritage alive =). Scandinavians have always been close to water, be it the seas or the rivers or the lakes (we got plenty haha). Even our most famous dish (fermented herring, ghaa) is fish =D

I sure hope it all works out for you in the end. How are the prospects of starting a fish farm? Well, if it all goes south, you’re always welcome back to the north 😉

          • Swede760

I live on my Sailboat now and have spent more than half my adult life as a Live Aboard. I can not sleep on dirt, as I like to call it, I have always slept better on a boat. I am sure that it is part of my heritage, a large percentage of my relatives in in Norway and Sweden made their living off the sea. Also one of them is the State Liquor buyer for Sweden and that fits very well with the American contingent of my Family.

          • Swede760

I will survive just fine, we knew it would happen eventually so We diversified, I was a Welder Fitter and a Mechanic and my Son is an Engineer. My Father’s Cousins Kids will not do so well because they quit school at a young age to fish and their lack of education will hold them back badly. I am disabled with a bad back but have been pursuing a career as a Bass Guitar Player and I will most likely be recording a CD in the next year with some of the guys I play with who are true professionals. You are very right about the Water, I live on my Sailboat and have spent more than half my adult life living on Boats on the Columbia River.

          • Björn Friberg

Wish you all the best dude =D

  • Regina

    I think it’s Dibolt!

    • Alan McLemore

“Diebold” or somebody close to ’em

      • Justin Burton

it’s not JUST the company. The ability for votes to be registered in conflict to what a voter, votes, is a ‘feature’…making use of that feature requires an entity to employ it.

        • Alan McLemore

Of course. It’s a technology–voter-results-on-demand–and anyone who knows how to use the technology can alter vote totals.

In this case the DNC/Clinton cabal apparently had the keys.

          • rnprn

Not to mention purging millions of voters from the rolls in multiple states. Changing their party affiliation, waiting 5 hours to vote, shutting down polling sites. Billary will stop at nothing to win. It us her turn.

          • Di

according to the lawyer filing the law suit this is a republican plan to divide the democratic coalition ..the RNC does not want to run against Sanders for obvious reasons.

          • Alan McLemore

            Interesting. Got a linky?

        • Eleanor LeTourneau

Don’t know if you have ever watched on HBO the documentery HACKING DEMOCRACY missed it on HBO but found it on YOU TUBE. It covers this and it all started by a grandma. So glad this is finally coming out have posted about this in comments and have been ridiculed and called a whiner and a poor looser.

          • visitor

I saw that documentary. They found that essentially the electronic voting machines and tabulators are designed to be hacked without a trace, by private corporations with partisan ties.

What kills me is we still use these machines, and purchase voting machines from these corporations and their associates! WTF?

We need a nationally standardized elections system that can be publicly audited. Until we have that, we should not accept their ‘results.’ We can land a probe on a comet, I think we could achieve this..

          • Di

the powers behind the curtain do not want this to happen

          • Carolyn Gray

What kills me is that the most action I see most people taking is to post on social media and perhaps make the occasional irate call to congress. They don’t count votes, they count people in the street. ONLY when possible revolt is on the horizon will they respond.

          • Swede760

I was an official Election Observer for the Sanders Campaign at my Polling Station and watched the process from one end to the other. Luckily nothing hinky occurred in our little County.

          • privatechaos

People in the streets will get killed, but the establishment must wonder what to do if everyone just stayed home and stopped work. I shudder to think.

          • Ginger Spielman

#SeeYouInPhilly Although, I personally feel there should be massive demonstrations in Washington D.C. along with demonstrations at every state’s office of the secretary of state.

          • Trumanbaby

You are SOOOOO right! Take it to the streets! THAT is the very definition of Clinton “activism”! They think they need only wave a little sign and it makes them a feminist or other kind of “activist”! Get real..you need to to willing to spill blood, sweat and lots..lots of tears to call yourself that!

          • Trumanbaby

Yup..PBS ran at least a couple shows on this very subject!

          • Di

        • Scott Rolfs

We literally get a receipt from everything we do in life… Except voting.. Doesn’t that throw up red flags everywhere for the average critical thinker?

People are against voting machines.. But i think voting should be done like our electronic banking systems. When you are of age you are automatically registered. You setup a Voting account… Vote, All your votes for the history of your account are listed and encrypted. And everyone has a direct record of their vote that can be validated.

Imagine a NFL Superbowl game. And the game stops in the 3rd quarter, everyone goes behind a giant black curtain, then they all come out 20 minutes later and announce the Superbowl winner with no accountability or transparency.. There would be riots in the streets.

But when it happens with our elections? People are just sore losers? What a joke….

This is June 12, 2016 and I just listened to Xavier Becerra and reporters at approx 5:00 pm mislead and report to the public Hillary Clinton was the winner in California! This is absolutely false and they all know super delegates don’t vote until July 2016. There is a law suit initiated for suppressing the votes of Senator Sanders and election fraud. Senator Sanders is the honest leader and positive role model this country needs to end the pay to play scams going on in our government before they destroy this nation for future generations. One person reported that he made 200 calls and 145 of them had voted for Bernie Sanders. That gives him about 74% of the vote. California has 525 delegates which gives Bernie 378 delegates that he passed Clinton with. Bernie is the rightful winner for the democrat nomination. They know California is still counting millions of votes!

    • Russ Farnsworth

      Well stated, @peggy_james:disqus.

I wish the FBI would indict Hillary! But meanwhile, in the real world…

      • Rooster Cogburn

If you like socialism so much then why are you here? Go to any one of the socialist shit holes in this world, there are many to choose from, and experience just how great it is. It’s so great in fact, that they are fleeing in hoardes to try and make a new life in our Republic.

        • iTYPE2ANNOY

The US Republic is failing too do you realize how much debt America is in? The elections are bought. I would be happy to leave. Hillary or Trump is going to be an absolute disaster.

          • Renee Peng

turmp is the only one that addresses the debt and talked about govt austerities, countries we protect to finance their own military or pay us. Bernie will bankrupt the nation more than hillary if u really care about economics, bcuz hes a state-ist and will want to expand every govt program without evaluating our current system within which healthcare, education, welfare, operate, will lead to massive waste of money.

          • Doc Swoop

hate to inform you – but our national debt is 33% higher than our GDP. If the US were a household, it would have claimed bankruptcy 10 years ago. obama has had the worst economic growth in the history of the US. The depression had more growth.

          • Rooster Cogburn

The only reason our Republic is falling, is because it’s being ran as a Democracy, and Democracies simply don’t work. Our Government has been invaded, and it started even before the great depression, the privatizing of the federal reserve and the fiat system.

    • Di

I read that 1.1 million votes are unaccounted for in california

      • Carolyn Gray

        Over 2 million

        • DARTH BANE

          2.5 million

          • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

You do realize that those uncounted votes are going to be for both Hillary and Bernie don’t you?

          • privatechaos

“…the shift has been towards Clinton…” ….so, the percentage of uncounted votes going to Sanders will be higher if counted manually than it would if not. Let’s find out, shall we? 🙂

          • gfink2

Not the provisionals. They willl all be for Bernie.

          • Pamela Hunter

Exactly right. The Bernie people were targeted and given provisional ballots. And I guess they planned not to count those. But now I guess something happened and they Have To. LOL… the joke is on them.

          • Dark HelMet

            targeted? get a grip.

          • Dennis Hort

Ok, then how about “favored.” More NPP voters intended to vote for Sanders, and many of those were mistakenly told they were not allowed a Democratic Party ballot, and forced to vote provisionally.

          • Dark HelMet

Haha you have no idea how NPP voters intended to vote for Sanders ’cause 1.8 of the 2.3 million mailed votes were expected to break for Clinton based on the only thing you could base it on, previous states.

          • Gretchen Pemberton Brena

NPP are independents and they supported Bernie in much larger numbers than Hillary.

          • Dark HelMet

Good thing there are 3 distinct sects of independent voters.

          • Trumanbaby

There might have been a few Republicans who went that route but the overwhelming number were independents..open your eyes! How many thousands and thousands show up for Sanders rallies and Clinton can’t fill a room! That “foreign policy speech” was hysterical! Not ONE audience shot, you do realize? Yet, we “hear” applause and audience noises! It was as phony as she is!

          • Dark HelMet

Hahaha, Bernie’s supporters are SUPER YOUNG, and can spend time money and resources on going to rallies. Clinton’s supporters are much older and aren’t the types to go to rallies. Their vote for her is their support. This is one of the most simple things to understand. As if rallies = votes and support. Hahahahaha.

          • southernwood7

Super young? There are YUUUGE numbers of Baby Boomers for Bernie. In fact, when this Boomer canvassed for Bernie in 4 states, a majority of other volunteers were always Boomers, as is my very active local group, nearly all in fact. You want to troll this site, you’re gonna have to do better than that.

          • Gail Bergstrom

Hahahaha. I am 65 and I have been for Bernie since Day 1! #Never$hillary

          • Ann Cortellacci-Kulczycki

Well I don’t see all young people at Bernie Rallies. Just because that is what the MSM says doesn’t make it true. There are a lot of us who are Baby Boomers and GenY who have been waiting all our lives to vote for a man like Bernie Sanders. Well informed people who follow the election and are well read on the subjects are Bernie people.

          • Dark HelMet

This is one of the most obvious things. Of course it’s not that black and white. There are some older folks at his rallies but all you need to do is look at pictures and video from them and you can see Bernie’s crowd are generally 40 and younger.. and Clinton’s are much older folks who aren’t the types to go to rallies.

          • Rick

It is not who you vote for but who counts the votes. The federal reserve corporation will decide who will be their president. They decided they did not like JFK so they removed him.

          • bonnied

Whoa!!! Stop the presses. This BernieorBust expert has solved the Kennedy conspiracy. PuhlEEESE…..

          • bonnied

And those even MORE well read and better informed are voting for the woman we’ve been waiting for. And you say ? “All our lives?” WHY? Where were you in your 20s, 30s, 40, 50s, then? Wasn’t RFK heroic enough? NO? President Clinton? Carter? Obama? So … not until this man arrived, were you ‘waiting [your] whole life’, then? Doesn’t add up to anything more than you can’t deal with real change, and want to enable a person like Donald Trump. He’s who you’ve been DREADING “all our lives”. Grow up. Move on. VOTE. Or vote against your own interests and betray our generation’s legacy. Which is progress that shows itself to the world. Your choice. #VoteBlue

          • BrianK1951

Correction. I’m 65/and have been to see Bill as well as Hillary. If things fall into place I’ll be having dinner with Hillary a day before the Democratic Convention.

          • Dark HelMet

Obviously it’s not everyone, but generally.

          • Trumanbaby

Guess the same folks who write her material write yours..we see that!

          • southernwood7

In many states, the population that uses mail-in ballots skews heavily senior, and therefore Clinton. The sheer quantity of such ballots in CA makes me wonder whether that will be the case. Also, the provisional are heavily unaffiliateds, and those can be expected to skew Sanders by about a 40% margin (70-30).

          • southernwood7

And, I really wonder where you ever got the idea that even mailed ballots elsewhere skewed that heavily towards Clinton. Do you work for David Brock?

          • NoCalDataDiva

The game is fairly sophisticated, and yes, there are definitely ways to predict how certain demographic blocs will vote, but I won’t try to explain it to you, as the complexity is most likely beyond your understanding.

          • Dark HelMet

Yes, and the ways showed that more would break for Clinton. Move along now.

          • NoCalDataDiva

Move along? Why, because these are not the droids I’m looking for, “Darth?” lol

          • Kevin N

Most NPP voters were given provisional ballots since they knew these wouldn’t be counted as valid in the final count. https://youtu.be/MoGeDGHmwJU

          • bonnied

If “they” knew, why didn’t “they” say something when given these and realizing that (at the time of voting, you say)? Or really, who is “they” in this, your puny argument? It’s all a vast left wing conspiracy …

          • Kevin N

Good point. ‘They’ in this case were those doing the rigging, not the voters. If California is used as an example, one element was the incorrect training given to workers at the polling stations being told to provide provisionals to all independents, not the correct cross-over ballots. This largely accounts for the huge numbers of provisional ballots cast, which will be discarded or deemed invalid. Most voters I expect assumed these would be valid. since this is what they were given on the day. As you rightly say, the great left/right wing conspiracy. As are but pawns.

I think that Hillary should be notified by your behavior and the MSM so that they can constantly as what she is going to do with her unruly supporters ….perhaps I can contact her and ask for an apology constantly …. let me see any other Bernie supporters think that we deserve an apology from the Dark HelMet troll?

          • Dark HelMet

            I voted for Bernie Sanders.

When I went to vote in Oakland, CA, the guy behind me was put on a phone to find out why he wasn’t in the system even though he was registered. Then, they just told him they couldn’t help him. I didn’t see a single Hillary Sticker. Only Bernie stickers, so it seemed strange that Alameda county voted for Hillary. I immediately suspected voter fraud, but nothing came up a week ago on the vote. I am glad to see this article showing voter fraud actually took place.

Drop dead with your self-promotion! This is serious!

          • Ann Cortellacci-Kulczycki

Yes! They purged from the system new voters. The new Democrat voters were all for Bernie, and even if a few were for Hillary, there was enough flipping of votes in the machines to cover any loss that she would have had. You will never hear this on MSM because they are owned by some who are responsible.

          • NoCalDataDiva

Your district, CD-13, just flipped for Sanders in the ongoing count, I believe. I, too thought it strange Her Majesty would take Alameda County. CD-13 was my home for many years, but I moved to Lake County last fall. This is a rural, supposedly conservative area, but Bernie Sanders won in Lake County, 52% to 46%, even before we began counting all the provisional and mail-in ballots. We are relatively low tech, no voting machines, and I am told that our registrar is very well known in the community and very ethical. Interesting, no?

          • Charles Bennett

Why is strange that Hillary took Alameda County? Yes, it has UC Berkeley (Bernie), but it also has Oakland, which is mostly Black and Hispanic (Hillary). Bernie lost most of the counties in California with significant black or Latino populations, just like he lost them in most other states.

          • NoCalDataDiva

Oakland is not “mostly black and Hispanic” – I should know, I’m a native. It’s my home. I was born at Highland Hospital. 60,000 people gathered at Oscar Grant Plaza for Bernie Sanders’ rally. Yeah, I think it’s strange. But then, I think the whole concept of a career criminal under investigation by the FBI and DOJ being eligible to run for POTUS in the US is down-the-rabbit-hole weird. I’m kinda old-fashioned that way.

          • Charles Bennett

At the 2010 census, non-Hispanic whites made up only 26% of the population of Oakland. Blacks and Latinos made up 53%.

60,000 people really isn’t that much when you consider that there are more than 7 million in the Bay Area alone.

          • NoCalDataDiva

6% of the entire Bay Area made a political rally in Oakland their first choice for a Memorial Day activity? Passed through TSA checkpoints and waited in the sun with no picnic stuff, no shade, no beverages, no games for three hours? Sorry, but that is huge. How many came to see Hillary? Did they manage to fill a high school gymnasium even halfway?

          • Charles Bennett

6%? Dude, check your math? 60,000 is 0.83% of 7 million, not 6%.

          • NoCalDataDiva

            You are correct.

          • Kevin N

As occurred in New York, where Bernie won almost all counties but lost in the city, where it was just easier to rig the votes in a place where money talks. The shift in votes to Hillary was calculated at 12%.

          • NoCalDataDiva

Video not working, but yes, absolutely, I remember thinking how sloppy that was, not even bothering to rig the election in a credible way. In what universe do all the rural, typically more conservative parts of the state vote for the lesser-known outsider, while the city goes for the well-known and generally disliked, carpetbagging, former Senator of the state?

          • niknar

Oregonians mail their ballots — no voting machines involved — so there’s little chance for election fraud. It was a closed primary, meaning Independents & other non-Democrats couldn’t vote. Still Bernie won in a landslide, taking nearly every county.

And in fact, you look at many states, Bernie takes the vast majority of counties, except the most populous ones where the Democratic machine has the greatest foothold & is able to manipulate the results one way or another.

          • NoCalDataDiva

Yes, that has seemed to be the pattern. California, being a big prize, was attacked on all fronts, involving quite the creative array of election fraud techniques. We are still counting the damned ballots…

          • niknar

Do you have any updates on that ballot count? There’s very little news about it.

          • Linda

They also did the investigation into the Ca. vote there as well they know bernie won.

          • Trumanbaby

Well, chances are that if they’re asking for a crossover ballot for Democrats (but are given a provisional ballot, instead) it’s to vote for Bernie..uh, duh? Average IQ of the Clinton supporter..78!

          • JustMe2277

Watch the entire video that shows all the evidence and then comment on what they showed that you would say is not evidence!? Your comments would be taken more seriously if you watched ALL the video first and then make specific comments on what they showed that you disagree with.

          • Anton Zuykov

“Pretty amazing that they were psychic”
You don’t need to be a psychic to know how certain demographic groups vote. In this case 100% probability is not important, but high likelihood of certain group voting for a candidate is enough to offset the results, if that group votes are withheld from counting.

          • southernwood7

Psychic? First of all, Bernie was expected to do very well with NPP (unaffiliated) voters in CA. Contrary to normal procedures (and, I believe, law) poll workers were told to give NPP’s who wanted to vote in the Dem primary provisional ballots instead of the normal “crossover” ballots that are automatically counted. Last I saw, there was over a million provisional uncounted. Second of all, there have been numerous incidents that make many of us question whether Bernie’s database, which is maintained by a company with close Clinton ties and under contract to the DNC (also close Clinton ties; if you doubt it, look at the handful of DNC records released today by hacker Gucifer 2) was stolen to determine support.
And then there is the abundant evidence of additional vote suppression and outright fraud in many other states. We’re not insane; we just have a strong sense of justice.

          • Tess Forsyth

Southernwood7, you are right, the law states that the NPP voter must be offered their option of ballots. The onus is on the workers to follow the law, and on the DNC and RNC to educate the workers. It is a felony to give the voter the NPP ballot and not offer them the options. Sadly, Alex Padilla, the secretary of state for CA, who actively campaigned for Hillary, was in charge of overseeing the training video from Sacramento that taught workers to force voters to the NPP ballots.

          • Ann Cortellacci-Kulczycki

I am really sorry for the people who think that it is better to have votes miscounted or your freedom stolen by rigged elections. No one is wasting your lives by wanting a just system. In fact when our democracy and freedoms are trampled on it is like spitting in the faces of the very men and women who are supposing fighting for our democracy and freedom. Moving on allowing unjust acts to keep on reoccurring is not patriotic…it is idiotic.

          • Suzy Soro

I hope you’re all complaining about Trump, speaking of rigging the vote. Hope you donated money to fuel the recount. Hope you didn’t believe his lies about millions of illegals voting.

          • John Campbell

Clinton constantly wins beyond the totals. If 1000 people vote and 600 vote for June bug 400 vote for so and so, when the totals are tallied it would read:

            June bug 60%
            So and so 40%

Equalling 100% with a possible error rate, called the margin of error that is + or – 2%

Clinton constantly wins with a higher percentage than possible. When she clearly loses a vote, all the numbers add up accurately.

Anything above 2% raises eyebrows. Anything about 4% is twice the marginal error, and it’s definite, something has happened. , when the error rate rises higher than 5% it’s clear it’s being rigged and Clinton has won by massive 13% overages.

So, go waste your time feeling sorry for these idiots getting caught. I’m on the suit in TX. We will not let Clinton steal another election.

          • Rick

The federal reserve corporation decides who will be the president not the American people.

          • Kevin N

Sadly this is so. The defendants lawyers have more money and resources. As always in the US, (and worldwide) those with money and power win. Wikileaks may be the only thing that stalls the Clinton campaign, not illegal voting rigging which could drag on for decades in the courts. In the meantime I’m sure the republicans and democrats will be looking to pass laws to legalise vote rigging so these lawsuits never succeed. It’s becoming more like Russia and China politics every day…

          • WSBrown

That’s the best answer I’ve heard so far…what to do about the coin toss? I’ve never seen those kind of results from a coin toss before.

Many people think that there was terrible voter fraud in the Republican primaries, which could affect the national race. Any work being done in this regard? I only ask because the splitter strategy by the RNC was developed by Rove to have multiple candidates run to split the vote and throw the splitters’ delegates to Bush. They did not foresee Trump. Had Trump not been such a runaway candidate, they may have gotten away with vote flipping in just enough states to anoint Bush.

          • Emma Young

Had nothing to do with psychic. The DNC managed the phone banking system of both campaigns. Unfortunately, Bernie didn’t opt out until it was too late and Hillary’s people had all of the information on the “strong Bernie supporters.” This was traced back to New York City where 126,000 Bernie supporters were purged from the voting rolls in Brooklyn. The fact that you don’t care about democracy doesn’t mean we’re wasting our lives.

          • Magdalene

Sore loser Suzy; this lawsuit will prove that Bernie won by 15 points NATIONALLY! The data has been collected and they have the proof. Who knows, maybe an indictment will be announced before the convention and Bernie will get his rightful nomination ahead of the lawsuits?

          • Jan Masleid

I don’t think we are worried about him getting the nomination at this point. They just need to fix the stupid, untraceable, tamperable machines

          • arielmonserrat

If you bothered to do some research, you’d see why we believe this election was stolen. Read reports from those who went to primaries and caucuses, check exit polls, which are used worldwide to determine honesty of an election. If there’s more than 2% discrepancy between counted votes and exit poll, it was dishonest. MOST states had huge exit poll discrepancies, with NY having 41% which is unheard of. When you add it all up, this election was stolen.
Wake up and learn what’s happened to our country or do you not give a damn??

          • BrianK1951

All these so called exit polls, and conspiracy theories have been debunked by Snopes, Politifact and several reliable fact checking sources.

I find it very curious that none of the major news has picked up on this story. Perhaps it’s because no such law suit is on any California court docket.

          • arielmonserrat

MSM isn’t picking up on it because they’re trying to shove Hillary down our throats and the fix is in. Exit polls have been used around the world for decades to determine honesty in elections and Jimmy Carter has been one of the ones who helps check elections with it.
I checked on Snopes and found nothing on exit polls being “debunked”. Meanwhile, here’s a study from Stanford about the election being stolen:
            http://yournewswire.com/stanford-university-confirm-democratic-election-fraud/
If that’s all you got Brian, it’s pretty lame.

          • BrianK1951

This so called Sanford University study was conducted in an unscientific manner. It has the validity of a Donald Trump statement about Mexicans.. FYI Sanders just endorsed Hillary Clinton. Clinton as well as the DNC have adopted much of Sanders campaign platform.

Where are these racketeering and election fraud charges? There is no indictment because I checked and there is nothing on either northern or southern California Court dockets.

There is nothing verifiable to this story that is why mainstream media hasn’t touched it with a ten foot pole. It stinks of Trumped up propaganda and not journalism.

          • salparadise

            Federal Court perhaps?

          • Jan Masleid

I’m not sure if the key lawsuit has been filed yet in Ohio by Harvard grad attny Cliff Arnebeck yet. . but they are doing it there because Ohio has a strong RICO racketeering statute that overlaps with Federal racketeering laws.
            trustvote.org protecting our elections
attny Bob Fitrakis just sued for raw exit poll data in a separate law suit. (why the government just doesn’t step in and correct the election laws and provide safety for election integrity is beyond me)

          • Jan Masleid

The media is being sued for being complicit. (They were aware that the raw exit poll data was not matching up with what the electronic voting machines were claiming on election days in past years. They were the ones helping take the exit polls).
ABC, MSNBC, CBS, FOX, CNN & the AP. They’re *not* going to be reporting on this.
Prof. Bob Fitrakis attny sued for the raw exit poll data that is being stored in the University of Connecticut days before the convention started in July. They have 60 days. (I believe Edison Research but I’m not certain). This is about electronic voting machine fraud (not actually voter fraud. . but. . ) The same lawyers are on this who have been trying to prove in a court of law the same issues since Bush/Kerry/Rove 2004 . trustvote.org

          • BrianK1951

            The Nation:

As well, standard exit polling conducted in the U.S. can be very inaccurate and systematically biased

            Snopes:

            http://www.snopes.com/stanford-study-proves-election-fraud-through-exit-poll-discrepancies/

As I asserted previously, it was not a Study but a graduate paper. It’s methodology is questionable and it has not been submitted for peer review.

Therefore I suggest you put on your pointy tinfoil hat to protect against Hillary thought control and don’t fall asleep or the Pod People will get you!

BTW Santa and The Easter Bunny aren’t real either. But I’m sure you have a Stanford Study to prove me wrong.

          • John Daniels

Maybe you could train Clinton to stop lying. Then we wouldn’t need studies. If you think snopes is in some kind of vacuum where bias can not exist, I have some land on the moon to sell you. It’s not even on the dark side. You can look up at it all you want. Howl at it with your students if you like.

          • Ann Cortellacci-Kulczycki

Snopes is no longer a reliable source.

          • John Daniels

You just commented on something for the sole purpose of calling people insane. That is far more “life wasting” than fighting for democracy. What a rube.

          • cucinetta

Excuse me but maybe you should check the law before you all spout off. The Cal Sec of State office has 28 days to certify the election results. That means during that time period provisional ballots and mail in ballots which arrive postmarked by or on the date of the election but arrive up to three days after the date of the election get counted and then their totals are added to the results published on the night of the election. Each precinct has to give an official tally to the Sec of State office and then and only then are the results certified. Since there has not been a certified total posted on the SOS page no one can accuse anyone of cheating-yet.

          • Ann Cortellacci-Kulczycki

votes were flipped by the machines and there were other irregularities that they are aware of.

          • arielmonserrat

Most if not all of those provisional ballots weren’t counted and many mail-in ballots weren’t counted either. 60% of voters in CA have to do mail=in, no poll stations in their area. Many were simply thrown away. There were 18 million registered voters, many of them registered a month or 2 before election, but only 3 million people voted? What happened to those other 15 million votes?
Also, in the recount, Sanders now has won L.A. and S.F., LOTS of voters there. The entire area of No. California was for Bernie, about 1/3 of the state’s population. I live here and watched it all go down, have read many reports from those who went to primaries and many of them say it was stolen.

          • Tess Forsyth

Oh yes, we can. So many earnest poll workers and public employees made videos showing how they were told to white out Sanders votes, told to give provisional ballots when they should be giving Democratic crossover ballots, and a worker in San Diego watched many boxes full of provisional votes be taken to a truck and shredded, just to name a few instances. There is video of audit counts (hand counting totals) being altered to remove Sanders votes and increase Hillary votes to make the 1% audit match the electronic count (whole reason for the audit is to ensure the electronic count is correct, which it clearly was not). There’s a wonderful HBO documentary which shows how not only the computer voting is rigged, but the scanners that read the hand marked ballots are / can be rigged as well. Additionally, there is proof of voter suppression (Hillary and the media announcing victories for her before the polls have closed), long-time democrats suddenly not listed, or their party changed to Independent or Republican (but not by them). DNC sending the broken machines and insufficient workers and supplies to precincts that favored Sanders (this was big in NY, as well as CA). We are losing (perhaps already have lost) our democracy to the wealthy few and the corporations and foreign interests who support those few. We must open our eyes and see this and speak up and research and fight this by any peaceful means necessary.

          • Provisional ballots are rarely counted except by court order.

          • JustMe2277

Well, actually, cheaters do win! Gore had the election stolen from him. Many of his own supporters treated Gore horribly because of him having the recount. That is why I am glad Bernie is staying out of the election fraud lawsuits and letting the attorneys, experts, and others get the word out. Later it was proven Gore did win Florida so the election was stolen from him. They can not call me sore loser because I did NOT vote for Gore! I just call wrong wrong no matter who it hits or what party they are in.

          • Badenuff

Actually a count by the statistics department of The University of Chicago shows that Bush won in Florida.

          • JustMe2277

Were they going by the counties Gore wanted the recount in or the entire state? From what i heard is if the recounts had been done only in the counties that Gore requested then Bush would had won but when the entire state was looked at Gore won.

          • Di

there was a county in south florida that had more republican voters than was registered ..election fraud

          • Emma Young

I know in one county in Ohio, Bush won by 4,000 votes & there were only 600 people in the entire county.

          • arielmonserrat

Then they would be WRONG. Read Greg Palast on the stolen election of 2000. Jeb Bush, George’s brother, was governor then, do you HONESTLY think he wouldn’t swing the election for his bro? There were numerous fraudulent names/entries on voter rolls which disenfranchised the real votes. I watched as it all went down in Florida in 2000 and knew then we were in serious trouble because the PTB didn’t even try to cover it up.

          • linked1

“You do realize that those uncounted votes are going to be for both Hillary and Bernie don’t you?”

No, on the contrary, most of those ballots will go to Bernie.

          • Dennis Hort

A lot of No Party Preference voters were mistakenly told they were not allowed Democratic Party ballots, and were forced to vote provisionally, so I expect at least some bias in favor of Bernie due to all the NPP ballot screw-ups there were. Looks to have been more poor training than outright fraud, but had the same effect.

          • Jacquelyn Nelson

There were interviews with people who attended poll worker classes who reported they were told to give the NPP voters provisional ballots. The actual poll worker materials given to the workers stated NPP were to be given Democratic Crossover Ballots.

          • southernwood7

But they were shown a video that told them to give NPP’s provisional. And poll workers are only likely to check the manual on something like that when in doubt, or when strongly challenged by someone questioning them. Which most people wouldn’t.

          • Ami Spears

The poll workers were told not to volunteer information about the correct ballots, which were “crossover ballots” and to only give them out when specifically asked for… and they even ran out.

          • Trumanbaby

It was widely reported BEFORE the election that there were going to be insufficient ballots, especially the “crossovers”! This meant they’d be given provisionals and would meet the same fate as if they’d asked for one! Golly-gosh, but you’re trusting! Hey, I have a bridge in the desert I’d like you to look at…?

          • Kerrie Pruitt

“Looks to have been more poor training than outright fraud, but had the same effect.” And … THE TRAINERS were aware and MIS-informed trainees during training to provide provisional ballots. Again … “trained” voter fraud.

          • Weston James

They were TOLD to train the poll workers that way. Not only were poll workers ordered to hand out provisional ballots, they weren’t even trained about democratic crossover ballots! It was intentionally poor training in order to suppress the vote. That is absolutely fraudulent.

          • Trumanbaby

Not “poor” training..outright corruption! It wasn’t some benighted lone wolf who misled his charges..it was very common, as resported! Sorry to disillusion you but you seem to have just fallen off the turnip truck! Wise up..we’ve been trying to educate you about “your gal” for months, now!

          • Carla Kelly

Crooked, not poor. Law says the NPPs have to be given cross-over ballots but they were given provisional ballots, which are never counted unless there’s a tie break required. What a wonderful way to steal an election! Oh, my bad. So sorry. Sounds like Hillary all the way–gee, another mistake (P.S. I’m a Moderator of Elections in CT–run the polls–and this is horrific!)

          • The Dude

            Bet me.

          • Ami Spears

Yup, the average is apparently more than a 2 to 1 ratio.

          • DARTH BANE

I have a feeling the 3,000,000 newly registered democrats went for bernie sanders abd if they count the provisional ballots we both know who won

          • Emma Young

That’s true. And in fact, the computer expert who testified about rigging elections said that unfortunately, when a machine is rigged to give one candidate the win, a recount will only match the original count because the machine is programmed that way. Hopefully, there will be some honest people counting the mail-in votes. Also, there needs to be a lawsuit to call for the provisional ballots to be counted.

          • BrianK1951

Why isn’t this a mainstream news media story? Something like this would put television news Nelson ratings through the ceiling.

See Snopes.com The portion of this story claiming vote flipping is false and unsubstantiated:

I HEARD IT WAS 40 BAJILLION!! WOOOO GO BERNIE!!

        • Trumanbaby

Won’t you be embarrassed when he wins??

          • Dr. King Schultz

Ok so I guess the obligatory reply is, will you be embarrassed when he doesn’t?
(BTW dummy, the several hundred thousand counted so far have only INCREASED Clinton’s lead in the vote total)

          • southernwood7

Uhh, then why did 3 counties flip to Bernie?

      • BrianK1951

Source? Where did you read this. Back your claim with reliable sources, not partisan propaganda. Facts, Di, facts.

    • Jason KatyCat Perry

“One person reported that he made 200 calls and 145 of them had voted for Bernie Sanders. That gives him about 74% of the vote.”

You do realize there are more than 200 people living in the state of California, correct? Nothing you just said made any sense.

      • anthonymeans

depending how he chose those people that could mean a lot. 200 is a decent sample size if randomly selected.

        • Michael J McGee

my wife made calls to California several times before there primary. All of the numbers she was given were random. Most of them were for Sanders.

          • BrianK1951

Uh, how many? What was the total sample size? What is the cumulative Standard Deviation? What was the demographics of the sample size?

          • diceytroop

If you’re talking about using the Sanders dialer, those numbers aren’t random at all. They’re very specifically targeted to maximize contact with Sanders supporters, either by pre-identification or demographic analysis. They’re 100% certain not to be random.

          • Ami Spears

Ummm no, incorrect. Why would Sanders volunteers call Sanders supporters? We talking about phone banking here? They would be random, to contact people who either haven’t been following election or are undecided.

          • Trumanbaby

Which is fine if you’re attempting to get out the already registered vote..NOT “random” sampling..

        • 2broke4 her

200 is not decent number for 7,646,400 registered Democrat voters! its not even a real percentage.. which is.000026%

          • JefeP

Sure it’s not a big enough number but do you value the polls that all had Bernie and Hillary within 2%? That seems significant at this stage

          • 2broke4 her

I really dont believe in polls as a rule.. because polls can be skewed to lean one way or another! One political poll I took of many, the way the questions were ask, were bias! Do I feel Burnie got a bad deal in Califoreignia, the answer is yes!

Exit Polls Are Different And Are Used The World Over By The United Nations To Detect Accurately Election Fraud In Other Nations, 2% Is The Acceptable Margin Of Error -These Polls Are Way Off And Show Definite Fraud In This Candidate Race – Someone Has Tried To Cheated Bernie Sanders Out Of His Victory – The Evidence Cannot Be Disputed, It’s Too Obvious – Bernie Sanders Is the True Democratic Party Nominee For The 2016 General Election – This Must Be Exposed – Americas Democracy Is At Stake

          • Kenneth Watson

            definitely!

          • BrianK1951

But, California is but one state. If you count all the states that have held primaries…Sanders as apearant candidate? The total numbers just don’t add up in favour of Sen Sanders.

          • Trumanbaby

You didn’t look at the graphic or listen to the discussion of the lawsuit, did you…! Tsk, Tsk…!

          • David Newcomer

Actually, taking into account the huge wins in the caucus states and the huge discrepancies between exit polls and actual results in states that Clinton “won”, they do add up in favor of Bernie Sanders. CA is just one of many states that are guilty of election fraud. Trustvote.org

          • BrianK1951

Please do a search at Snopes.com. While it is true that many mail ballots are not counted YET This is reasonable considering the sheer size of California’s population this is expected. As regards electronic ballots being “flipped” in favor of Clinton, according to Snopes – this is unsubstantiated fabrication. Additionally, this story has not been picked up by any major media outlets. That ought to be a clue. This is NOT objective journalism we are discussing here but Extreme Right Wing propaganda. The anti Clinton bias stinks like garden deer repellent.

This publication follows the same modus operandi as Donald Trump. Repeat unsubstantiated rumors, half-truth and use smoke and mirrors to obfuscate any semblance of chicanery as what it is…

          • 2broke4 her

as in my prior post, I do Believe Burnie Is getting screwed.. and i believe the Democrat and Republican parties are both corrupt and need to be dismantled! both been in business too long and too corrupt.. and term limits for congress!

This post was a waste of your time. If you want anybody to read what you have written, write correctly and with an attempt at proper punctuation. No one is going to what you have to say seriously with your silly capitalization.

          • Kerrie Pruitt

Since you have appointed yourself the grammar police; follow your own advise! “No one is going to what you have to say seriously with your silly capitalization.” WHERE is the “proper” grammar in THAT sentence?

          • Trumanbaby

Thanks..but lose the capitals, OK? You’ll find it’s much easier to type that way, too.

          • Trumanbaby

That seems about equal to the percentage of money collected at the Clooney funder that actually went to the “down-ticket” candidates for which the shindig was held, I believe..?

        • Shirley Marquez Dulcey

200 can be a useful sample size if it is properly selected for demographic and other important voting factors, though a state as large and diverse as California probably really needs a larger sample. A random sample of 200 isn’t nearly big enough, especially since most people’s “random” samples will be anything but.

      • granifulano Roth

That’s how the polls work, Jason. They work the same way as this caller says. Do you really think they poll every single person out there to get the results. Yes, that was one person’s experience but it marks a trend. Put that all together and it doesn’t bode well for the people intent on electing Hillary no matter what it takes. Besides, you sound like a troll.

        • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

200 is a very small sample size. Polling is much more complicated than you think.

          • Trumanbaby

Wondering..one..if you work for the Clinton campaign..two..are you also one of HIll’s H1B Visa recipients, from her decades long push to expand them for Indian students and other workers..plus the offshoring of US business over all these years? Just asking…?

        • soadhead88

That’s not exactly how polling works. Yes they call random people, but they also adjust their numbers to match voter demographics. 200 is a fairly small sample size, we don’t know if those 200 numbers were truly random, and the numbers weren’t adjusted for voter demographics.

        • Dark HelMet

a trend in your own mind.

Which is more than you can claim, on any issue..!

Actually It Does, Most Polls Are Actually Quite Accurate With Reasonably Small Numbers Of Sample Sizes – Please Look This Up If You Don’t Believe Me – BTW These Exit Polls Are Much Larger And In Many States And Are So Far Off It’s Clear Fraud Has Occurred And That Bernie Is In Fact the Clear Winner Of This Candidate Contest- YR DEMOCRACY HAS JUST BEEN PERVERTED / STOLEN – That Should Make You Both Angry And Very Afraid For Americas Future, These People Are Not Playing Around And Are Raping The Democracy Of The American People And Have Been For Years !

Don’t blame the media – blame the Superdelegates who are voicing their preference before the convention.

      • david strickland

This Is Nothing To Do With Super Delegates, Bernie Has Won Without Them – This Is Election Fraud On A Massive Scale !

        • Marco Palomeque

      • Trumanbaby

Ummm..and the media, conveniently not reporting the “who, what, why, where, when and how” of everything is not worthy of blame? Not when I was a journalist!

    • 2broke4 her

calling 200 people and they say they are for Burnie doesnt constitute a straight across the board 74% of the vote, just 74% of the people polled! if polling was done in my area he wouldnt get but 1 or 2 and the main reason its based on the Demographics and Gerrymandering! the LIEberals in Califoreignia have moved district lines so much to get who they want.. the area I live in was of majority Conservative voters.. and a Republican Congressman would win by a slim margin.. so they took the north boundary which is the county line and moved it south about 5 miles when elections came up the Democrats won by a slighty higher margin! the moving of the district lines also affects battles between the Democrats! certain areas you have the younger voters for Burnie like Oakland and Berzerkley, they prefer Burnie over Hitlery! if the polling was done in the Bay area around Oakland and Berzerkley, Burnie would win.. further North or further South and East or West he wouldnt win.. I had People calling me from Oakland and Berzerkely to vote for Burnie.. I had people from around the area I live calling me to vote for Hitlery.. and dont claim Im a Republican, Im not, Im a Democrat and I cant stand for what we have for Presidential Candidates and dont care much for Trump either.. but I would rather have Trump than Hitlery she lies so much to get what she wants and lies about her lies.. So I cant vote for the Republicans until November, because of Califoreignia laws!

      • tariq

If you vote republican then you are a republica, so just admit that you are a republican because no one really caress that you’re a republican.

        • 2broke4 her

IM a Democrat and i vote for the right of people, not because of the party line.. And, the one reason Im a Democrat people at the registars office keep changing my political party, not something i did.. when I questioned the Office over it, the drew a dumb look! I said show me where I have my signatures, having requested party change? they couldnt produce one and they cant figure out how the party was changed!.. LIARS someone in the office is doing it.. I was Independent, so I left it at DEMONcrat after 4 times it Changed by itself, (corruption)! I vote for Republican because of what the Democrats have for candidates, I didnt vote for Barry Soetoro because I read about his past and corruption he was tied to.. I voted for Billy the first time not the second time after he sign Bush’s NAFTA plan that lost jobs!!

          • Trumanbaby

Ya know..write your congressman! Blah, blah, blah…

Again This Is About More Than Just California, This Is A massive Election Fraud Across The Entire Race And The Exit Poll Data Shows Bernie Sanders Has Been Defrauded Of A Majority Victory Over Hillary Clinton – Bernie Sanders Won This Democratic Candidate Contest, He Is The Rightful Democratic Nominee To Run For President !

        • 2broke4 her

this has been going on so long, and it seems everyone knows about it except for the LIEberals and they are in denial.. as where I live,we kept having a Republican for a Congressman and so they changed the lines to dump the Conservative area, just to get a Democrat in office!.. its sickening.. my political party preference has changed by its self so much I left it where it is! all by itself, it went from me signing up the first time as a Democrat because my mother is a Democrat and she believed in helping people until Barry Soetoro got in office! anyhow, I signed up as a democrat originally, then changed it to Republican, couple of years later, I get a card my party was changed to Democrat, then the following year I changed it to independent, couple of years later it changed by itself to Democrat.. then again I changed to independent, then it changed to Democrat, I changed it to Republican and it stayed like that for 4 years, then it changed to Democrat.. I changed it back to independent and it stayed like that for 5 years until the last time 4 years ago, it changed again to Democrat.. I went to the Registars office and complained, I said I want to see the registration forms with my signatures on it, since it has a habit of changing by itself. who or what is changing my party line .. they had a dub look as if they got their hands caught in the cookie jar.. they couldnt produce anything with my signature on it except for the ones I signed and the idiots were baffled as to how it happened.. I said go look in the files and who’s name is attached to the changed.. they cli there wasnt any.. I do a mail in ballot. I got this empty gut feeling is it being counted right! one year there was independent auditors watching every ballots being processed for mail in to make sure they got counted right.. funny, Democrats lost that year! as I said before I truly believe Burnie is getting screwed and Im not even for either him nor Hitlery ! but if I had a choice it would be Burnie! since my part is Democrat ad because of the state rules, I voted for Burnie.. but in the general election it wont be for either!

          • Trumanbaby

What’s keeping you from re-registering? Not us, for sure! Must be the “ghost in the machine”, doncha think? Possibly, it’s a vast conspiracy, though..just don’t take off your tin-foil hat or..zounds..too late!!

          • 2broke4 her

I have re-registered but, someone keeps changing it.. just like at the registar’s office they cant explain either! and im not th only one affected by it.. I guess around a thousand people are wearing tin foil hats like your?

      • Trumanbaby

If you’re a Democrat, I’m Trump’s campaign manager! Think you better move to where you’ll be more comfortable..like Alabama, maybe? It’s called “gerrymandering” and guess what..it’s been going on for centuries, pal! Like it or not, your GOP has been doing it for just as long! Most of the districts we have in lots of states, red and blue have all been “customized” by the GOP over the years, so quit whining!

        • 2broke4 her

I did state it was gerrymandering, guess you cant read.. maybe you live in the Ozarks with the Hatfield’s and McCoy’s! along with the other lieberals!

    • BrianK1951

Ah, but can you be sure Hillary Clinton is behind this? Consider the possibility that Donald Trump might be behind it. You have to admit that it fits his underhanded way of doing things.

Hillary Clinton has been leading in most polls throughout the Primary Campaign. Do you really think she needs to cheat to win.

As far as Super Delegates is concerned hasn’t Sen.Sanders said he will try to flip Super Delegates pledged to Clinton to win? I am unhappy with the whole delicate process. We should be able to have our Primary votes directly select the candidate
What we have is not a true democracy. I would put an end to the Electoral Collage as

Further, I genuinely like Bernie Sanders. I am in favor of a majority of Senator Sanders agenda. However, should Republicans maintain control of House and Senate what chance is there of any of his agenda becoming law?

Senator Bernie Sanders, as an Independent has called-out, berated and bad mouthed Republicans on the Senate floor and memes. (Admittedly well deserved).

How does a President Sanders expect to build coalitions across the aisle with the very people he has alienated?

      • dollym100

In the video, the lawyer who is going to head up the Rico suit mention that Hillary has been used. This does not sound like she personally as been or will be charged as complicit in this case. and I am a very strong Bernie supporter but I would like to think that Hillary has no direct role in this.

        • Trumanbaby

Time will reveal all! He’s giving her a diplomatic “out” at this point, perhaps to elicit her testimony or something else. I seriously doubt he really thinks she is NOT neck-deep involved in this! You think she’s innocent? OK…well..she’s a renowned control-freak, so that’s unlikely! Of course, as we might imagine..and I’m sure she’s used this many, many, many times..there’s that little phrase..”And..of course, we never had this conversation”!

      • Trumanbaby

In a word..YES!! Apparently, she thinks so, too!!

      • Trumanbaby

Well, there’s the fact that he’s been given the name, The Amendment King by all his colleagues, because he’s created more positive change to more legislation than anyone on the floor! I’d say he knows how to get his stuff through! As to the “majority”, the point is to change that, too..can’t do it through the “machine”, however. I know it’s part of the broken-record Clinton meme but most of what Sanders wants has either already been in place (like the free University of California when I went to college) or decent wages, Glass-Steagall controls on banks (neutered by Bill Clinton to placate his bankster funders) and many other things we once took for granted and you now consider to be “pie in the sky”!! Didn’t know that, didja! As to other things, many countries in the world have successfully added single-payer health insurance and free education to their agendas and it’s been going very nicely, thank you! Wake up! You’re being fed a pile of doo-doo!

As a Bernie Sanders supporter, I have been watching this all along. I believe Clinton is being framed by Republicans so they can split the Democratic coalition.

I am convinced the Republicans have been testing their voter fraud software to make sure it works. They lost Ohio in 2012 because Anonymous closed the back door. Remember Rove’s FOX News breakdown?

In 2004, the electronic machines in Ohio went dark, the data was sent to Kentucky, and when it came back to Ohio from KY, Kerry was no longer in the lead. (Note; The Current Kentucky Gov had the same exit poll discrepancies. He probably won with a fixed election.)

Republicans have been preparing for decades to battle Hillary. They don’t want to run against Sanders. This has been a win/win for them.

    • Di

obviously planned…do you think they planned on trump?

    • carrie

Hillary is a repuplican. with all her other cheating with the super pac trolls, and her lying about the emails, and ALL her other misdeeds, how could you possibly think she didn’t know about this? she is done, and personally, the way we have been treated (bernie supporters) by the Hillary supporters, I hope you are one.

“Americans are sick and tired of hearing about your damn emails.” ~Bernie Sanders

That was back in October. We’re REALLY sick of it now!

        • Trumanbaby

So..? Just because he’s a gentleman and wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, he can’t now know it’s all true? She’s a hack and a fraud! If you support her, you’re either an opportunist or an idiot!

      • Dennis Hort

And because Hillary is a Republican, Bernie will get nothing. Hillary will pivot hard right, and pick up the Koch brothers’ sympathizers as the moderate Republicans she and Bill have always been. Neo-liberal/Neo-cons.

        • Trumanbaby

That’s if he stays in the party..or if she isn’t arrested.

    • Dan Childers

Except Trump took their party from them. No. If the votes serve Hillary, then she is complicit in this.

      • hyp3rcrav3

You actually believe Trump isn’t one of them? He’s a 1 percenter. Just look at the rhetoric they have been spewing since Nixon’s southern strategy. The Republicans went’ ahead believing that they could beat Trump or control him. He is exactly what they claimed to be.

        • Trumanbaby

Yeah..he’s definitely their Frankenstein monster! For decades and especially since Obama, they’ve been spewing all this tripe but laying it at the foot of the Dems. Ironically, they’re right about the trade agreements and offshoring doing in our economy..just not taking their fair share of responsibility..All their union busting, for one thing! Granted, the likes of neo-con Clinton in establishing NAFTA and the subsequent petro-chem alliances..that’s on the Dems..but it’s also on the GOP and they can’t acknowledge that! So..what happens? The people..who will NOT do anything resembling investigating on their own and are happy to suck up all the Flush Longblah propaganda, swallow it all! (They kind of remind me of Hillary supporters, in that they also run the other way when confronted with the truth about their gal). Now, comes Trump..and being the slick con-man that he is, infers it’s THEM, not him..the very harbingers of this stuff that’s been out there for so long! Pretty slick, I must give him that! He’s the consummate politician, after all!

    • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

No Republican I know would ever vote for Sanders – they would have much prefered for Sanders to win the nomination. Some of my Republican friends are already saying that they would never vote for Trump and are considering Clinton. At best it serves the theory that she is moderate enough to obtain conservative support, but don’t read to far into it to suggest a massive conspiracy.

      • Scott Rolfs

Bernie gets over 25% of the conservative vote in Vermont. He has polled getting over 30% of republican cross over vote if Donald is the Nominee. Bernie is renowned for getting cross over votes. Gary Johnson, The Libertarian parties nominee, Said that he lines up over 70% on positions and ideals with Bernie Sanders. Bernie has the potential to turn deep red states blue for the first time in 50 years.

      • AL

I’ve met a few republicans that switched their allegiance, just to vote for sanders. So it may not be anyone you know, but I didn’t know them either, til voting night.

      • Ginger Spielman

you do realize that independents are 43% of voters, while dems and reps are approximately 26% and 24% , right? Both parties failed to acknowledge this shift and thus they got Trump and Bernie. Bernie has enough supporters to win the election without dems or reps but they have stolen the election from him just as they will steal it from Trump. I’m sure both parties are in on it together because Hillary will continue the same old oligarchic system that has strangled democracy as it used to be. Not until the people of both parties stand together to get big money influence out of politics, will anything ever change. All other issues have to be set aside until this ‘single issue’ is resolved.

      • Trumanbaby

Don’t! Just a massive amount of idiocy! As to Republicans not voting for Sanders? Many have, already, pal!

    • Mark McCarty

You make the good point that, assuming the fraud is real and provable, we can’t necessarily blame it on Hillary’s allies unless the perpetrators are nailed, and linked to Clinton. How the outcome of the primaries would be handled after a demonstration of fraud is an open question.

      • Trumanbaby

        Looking forward to learning..!

    • Dennis Hort

      > framed by Republicans

If the Republicans had it together enough to be framing Democrats, do you think they would have nominated Trump? The whole thing is just an unexpected populist uprising on both sides, with the Democrats better able to rig things so the establishment prevailed.

      • Trumanbaby

        ‘Fraid so..!

    • Trumanbaby

I’d say she and hers have quite a sufficient amount of “fraud software” on their own, given the “dropped firewall” and all the other shenanigans with which she’s indulged herself through the course of this campaign and the primary elections which have followed! Seriously?? They don’t want to run against Sanders because he’ll kick their butts!

  • Charles Bennett

If exit polls and e-voting differ, it means that the exit polling is bad. Exit polling is horrendously unreliable and your so-called “expert” Stephen Spoonamore should know that.

    • Do you have any statistical data to back up that claim?

      • rnprn

He apparently didn’t read the article .they have a video out.

      • Charles Bennett
        • Okay first off one opinion piece article, does not constitute a kajillion.

Secondly an opinion piece is not statistical data.

Here let me help you. Try reading this article.
          http://alexanderhiggins.com/stanford-berkley-study-1-77-billion-chance-hillary-won-primary-without-widespread-election-fraud/

          • Charles Bennett

Again, you article is dependent on exit polling being wholly accurate, an assumption you just can’t make!

          • That is incorrect. The statistical analysis was based on multiple forms of that voting data.

          • Charles Bennett

It’s also based on a host of bad assumptions, including:
            1) That Hillary’s percentage among urban blacks would be fairly similar to her percentage among rural blacks
            2) That it’s fraud if the (smaller) heavily-Bernie precincts are counted before the (larger) heavily-Hillary ones.

      • Charles Bennett

Do I really have to post ALL the articles that question the reliability of exit polls? How about you just go down https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=exit%20polling%20accuracy and read all of them?

Or better, how about you actually find an article saying why exit polling is so reliable in this election?

        • Did you actually read the article that I posted to you? They had information on exit polling, you would have had to have read most of the article to find it, but apparently you did not do that.

At this point, you have failed to argue any solid point. So I’m over this conversation.

          • Charles Bennett

My point was that exit polling is unreliable. You’ve said you don’t believe that, but you have yet to back that up with anything. So I guess exit polling IS unrealiable.

          • Charles Bennett

Also, I DID read it. It takes a lot about how there’s a discrepancy between exit polling and actual results, with the exit polling apparently favoring Bernie and the popular vote favoring Hillary.

The idea that because the exit polls favored Bernie more than the actual vote = votes were stolen for Bernie is contingent on the assumption that the exit polls are wholly sound, when experience tells us that exit polling is wildly inaccurate.

          • Either you didn’t read it or you didn’t understand the article or you’re intentionally misrepresenting it.

Because it talked about multiple forms of data for analysis. Including but not limited to exit polling.

    • rnprn

It is not. Exit polls are accurate indicators of an election and corruption.. See Richard Charnin, one expert. He has a FB site.

    • Di

exit polls have been used around the world and these results tell the citizens if the votes have been tapered with

    • Carolyn Gray

right so just ignore the obvious electronic hackery.

  • James Alan Groome

Happened in WI to Trump as well… the statistical improbability was through the roof based on the exit polls where he was up over 10% in exit polling and lost the vote by 5%. NOT POSSIBLE!

    • Trumanbaby

Can’t speak to whom in the GOP would be enigineering that..but I’d pursue it through all the available channels, just to put them on the spot, if nothing else!

    • Trumanbaby

Can’t speak to the process in the GOP but I’d contact all my varioius representatives on different levels..starting with the local registrar of voters! I’m not sure if it was YOU or someone else you don’t know.

  • Fortune Faychild

my vote was stolen in san diego california, my mail in ballot for democratic primary is not being counted because they claim i am not registered at my address where i received my mail in ballot, same address for over 20 years. i was illegally removed from registered voter list and my vote will not be counted due to fraud. Is there any one i can contact that can get this investigated or who is filing CA lawsuits on election fraud? Register of voters has not responded to emails and calling got me an automated answer where i left my complaint. emails have not been answered.

  • Brian King

Hillary is a closet conservative she runs as a Democrat but will act like a Republican if elected

    • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

True that she is moderate, but she is far from “acting like a Republican”.

      • Sean Costello

Disagree, Derek. Her votes have proven that she has Republican ideals. Patriot act, Iraq war, libya… she’s basically a moderate republican, and as far as possible from progressive democrat as you can get without being named Trump.

        • Björn Friberg

Tbh, you (and the rest of the world) could do worse then Hillary. Since she represents the status quo, it just means that such progress Bernie calls for gets delayed, not denied. Don’t underestimate the younger generation that’s on the move today =)

Also, I don’t think the US election process been free of outside influence or corruption for a long time. The difference this time being that the establishment won’t pit two old white guys against each other, but instead tossed in a woman. She’s definitely not perfect, but hey … progress =} ^^

      • Brian King

She is center right the Republicans have shifted to the far right even Reagan is a liberal compared to the Republican party today and the Democrats have shifted to the center right having the positions that Republicans usta have Clinton is even more to the right than Obama cus she woulda gone to war with Assad in 2013 and she has said she would annihilate Iran if they went to war with the Zionist state of Israel

  • Brian King

So we basically have hillary a center right democrat in name only vs drumpf a real fascist for the spokesman ( president) of the US corporation

    • signalfire1

Either way, the U.S. is actually the Fourth Reich. The Nazis were never defeated, they just moved here, headed up by the Bush family (look up not only their history but their real name).

      • Brian King

The fourth reich is gunna get its fuhrer after the Orlando false flag people are turning to drumpf to save the fatherland

        • 2broke4 her

Drumpf is spelled with a Capitol since its his ancestral name!

          • Brian King

Who gives a fuck about grammar fuck of trump not I heard the church of trump is having service today better not be late before your so called savior disowns you

          • 2broke4 her

your ignorance is one of your best qualities.. simply amazing! I read what you wrote, tell me are you a 6 year old? please read your statement!

          • Brian King

Grammar does not show ignorance I simply don’t give a fuck about it you can talk like a professor and still be dumb af its the message that counts

          • 2broke4 her

lack of grammar does show some ignorance whether you like it or not!

if you dont give a fuck as you say then why bothering posting anything? DUH!

          • Gentlemanandscholar

You show your ignorance in what you say……AND in how you writ .

          • Brian King

Whatever bitch you know I’m right and you get my point so dismissed

          • Brian King

Since your gunna be a little bitch and flag my comments imma post it again grammar or lack of it does not show ignorance I simply don’t give a flying fuck about it its the message that matters and you were acting like a drumpf bot so I called you one

          • 2broke4 her

            now you are being childish!

      • Alan McLemore

They didn’t “move” here, they were already here–and tried to mount a coup against FDR. And yes, the Bushes were involved–Prescott Bush, Somewhat Brighter’s father and Dimmer’s grandfather, was part of the plot:

        http://www.counterpunch.org/2011/12/02/wall-streets-failed-1934-coup/

  • Brian King

    What did I say wrong…

    • Gentlemanandscholar

      Everything.

      • Brian King

Aww I was so proud of you why do you have to be wrong again

  • Hillary Clinton is unelectable, the DNC needs to step up and do something NOW.

    • Björn Friberg

You’re looking in the wrong direction for a solution I’m afraid =/

      • Trumanbaby

That’s a fact! Like the fox guarding the henhouse!

  • DennyMD

I was worried November 8th might be a repeat of 2000. The DNC is as corrupt as the RNC…
After November 8th I’m going to register as an independent! We are in need of a viable “Third Party!” What ever happened to the will of the people??? The elitists think the masses are too stupid to choose their representatives. Nothing new here! Same old MSM!

  • Chris Pelham

It’s going to be great to see the downfall of $hillary Clinton. Fraud is her middle name.

    • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

You’ll probably be saying that 7 years into her Presidency.

      • Trumanbaby

Still on your H1B visa..or have you now got a green card..or maybe US citizenship? Well, thank mem-sahib Hillary for that, right?

  • Oline Wright

I have to say that I personally have the feeling they are wrong about one statement I don’t think HRC is being Used I think she is involved

    • Ginger Spielman

Maybe they are just trying not to be the victims of another ‘suspicious’ accident by giving her yet another way to distance herself from her endless acts of corruption

      • Trumanbaby

Nah..they have her over a barrel, here. She’s either complicit or not..and if he gives her this out, now, then he can always hang it over her head later! “We’ve discovered, upon further investigation, that this goes much deeper than originally thought. Unfortunately, we have to announce that…” Yup!

    • Pamela Hunter

Hillary has always been the GOP’s first choice. And I think both her and Trump were chosen to run against each other by the GOP. And I think it was set all along for Trump to then step aside for Hillary. They both are friends. Dang they really are great Actors. But both of them are in for a Big Surprise….. called Bernie Sanders. Do you know that song…. Time is On My Side…. Yes it Is…. That is the song for Bernie.

      • Dark HelMet

Hahahahahahahaha holy shit you are delusional.

        • Trumanbaby

Holy Batman! You are really naive!

          • Dark HelMet

omgzzz like u totally changed my mind!! hahahaha.

      • mom_carmina

Except when she wasn’t. Like in 2008.

        • Trumanbaby

How do you know what conversation the mega-corp mafioso had with Barack? After his considerable lack of “teeth” when it came to the banksters, I wondered if they hadn’t threatened the lives of his children.

    • Trumanbaby

I’m sure the attorney agrees..it’s just to bargain!

  • Virginia in Barre Town

“On the precipice” of filing a lawsuit? WTF? Is this just another “HRC will be indicted” story, crafted to make us think something is being done when in reality it’s all smoke and mirrors to enable an HRC a “landslide victory”? FFS, DO SOMETHING!

    • Björn Friberg

That would probably take more transparency on your juridical system then it could handle. Of course, I hope I’m wrong …

  • Sovereign

I hope Bernie exposes this crap and gets the nomination. Then we can give the right and left middle finger to the thieves in government.

  • Michael J McGee

So who to we file a complaint with? In Illinois when I registered for same day registration in Dupage County at my polling place the election judges had no idea what paperwork to give me and after 20 minutes of phone calls, and filling out what I was told was the proper form, the judge took it and said he’d submit it later. Yeah right. After almost 3 months I still haven;’t received my voter registration card. And this was when the polls first opened in the morning. I can imagine that anyone else who filled out same day forms were screwed too.

    • Trumanbaby

Literally, complain to everyone! First, your voter registrar, then your city council rep, then the state reps, then your congressman/woman and finally, your senators! It’s an annoying pain in the rear but I’d get it ALL on record, for later reference, if nothing else! Also, check Bernie’s site for contacts there, too!

  • George Reichel

Many things COULD happen but probably won’t

  • Rey Finkle

An interesting paper on how exit polls can and cannot be relied upon to look for fraud:

    http://poughies.blogspot.com/2010/12/can-mexican-exit-polls-detect-fraud.html

    • Björn Friberg

      Interesting read =)

That being said, rather then trying to repair a bad system, I’d say the US need to replace the whole thing altogether. Have it all completed over a few weeks or months. Instead of the current 1 – 2 year debacle. If you don’t have enough info on the ones you vote on by then, you’re either uninterested in politics or have a problem with transparency in your nation.

As contrast, Swedes love to talk politics all the time, but we only talk elections in the coming months before it. The most important political discussions take place during the event of 1 week. Also known as Almedalen week ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Almedalen_Week ). During this time, the politicians debate each other, hold speeches and seminars to showcase their party policy.

We don’t elect the representatives of our parties like you do, since they are representing the party and its policies, not themselves. The parties themselves choose their representatives and the voters vote for parties, not individuals.

If a party has a disagreeable policy, or is executing an agenda in a bad way, voters will punish them by turning to a party that will. Thus, we are pressuring the parties to create policies that are the most beneficial to the people, the voters, so they can gain voters trust and support.

Now as you probably can see, this is just an example of another system and it has both benefits and flaws, just as the current system in the US. When comparing the two though, I don’t really dislike my system as much anymore =P

Finally an interview with Cliff Arnebeck and Bob Fitrakis:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lmT6-pwupQA

  • Fool_me_twice_shame_on_ME

Here’s something to consider concerning the routine of our elections these days. http://occupyforaccountability.org/index.php?q=node/1075 The corporate establishment will never sit quietly and allow their gravy train to get derailed by the ballot box.

  • Swede760

Considering the obvious corruption and cheating in the DNC Primaries it is about time there was legal action taken. I am surprised we have not gotten to the Pitch Fork and Torch phase, Sanders Supporters are not going to take this lying down and someone is going to pay and pay dearly. We make up over 80% of Independents, close to 40% of Democrats and a smattering of Republicans, we also have the majority of support from the members of the Armed Services who do not want to fight endless wars. It is time to end the corrupt establishment and retake our Nation for the People and away from Current Oligarchy.

    • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

There are lawsuits everywhere – the problem is that they lack *evidence*.

      • Björn Friberg

Or they lack a judge willing to take the case.

        http://www.kolotv.com/content/news/Judge-tosses-Sanders-backers-suit-against-Nevada-Democrats-379453511.html

Judges can judge (oh really?) that the evidence is lacking, even when and if it’s not. How will the public know? It won’t, and that’s why conspiracy theories and fraud accusations like these exist.

Is it just a conspiracy, or is it truth to it? How should we know, it was never brought to trial so there was no investigation done. Great way to put a thing to rest /facepalm

        • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

We require a preponderance of evidence for charges to be brought against someone otherwise it is considered an overreach by law enforcement. How would you like to be charged for something without any real evidence?

          • Björn Friberg

I’m sorry for not making it clear, but I assumed that probable cause was presented to the judge. Otherwise I would fully understand the case being tossed. The judge saying “I won’t look into internal matters” isn’t exactly reassuring for a democratic process.

          • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

And I apologize – I do not know about the particular situation that you are referring to – I was only speaking hypothetically. I only hope that anyone guilty of intentionally messing with this election be prosecuted. I think the difficult part will be proving intent.

      • Swede760

Really? How long have you been blind?

  • Demonthedog

Does anyone have the non-response statistic on the polls? Like how possible could it be that there are enough votes that are unaccounted for by the exit polls to account for these shifts?

    • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

All of this is speculative. Even “experts” have agendas….

  • Laurie

We need 10 million, progressive, Socialist left protesters in Philly and another 10 million, progressive, Socialist left protesting the Republican convention. And like Woodstock, Just Go!!!!!!!!! Think of it this way, we have a 300 million population in the US. We can’t get 20 million to come out for our future? We can and must, the future is getting shorter and shorter all the time, I know this is a lot but, if EVERYONE!!! Showed
up we could do this easily. Sanders won this primary and caucus election cycle with crowds near 60,000 and the polls show that he could beat Trump with a 12 point lead. Hillary has been tying with Trump and in some cases he leads over her. This proves that there are plenty of people to show up and rally, protest the DNC and the RNC. So C’mon Progressive left, you want Sanders in the White House? Break out the bandanas, the vinegar and water, the gas masks if you’ve got them. LOOK TO FRANCE on how to have a revolution in favor of the middle and working class. We gotta make some noise in the US, a lot of noise. I want them to hear the roar and rumble from inside their marble walls. Don’t you??? We need to rise and shake the walls of power. How’s that sound Donald?? We have to be like Gandalf “You Shall Not Pass”!!!!!!!!!!!!! To the
establishment’s dictatorship trying desperately to continue to look like a democracy. You Shall Not Pass Hillary into the White House. We know we won Sanders. HRC, DWS, DNC, it was You who corrupted the Democratic polling stations, it was You who corrupted the media, it was You who corrupted our elections against the wishes of the people. So, WE THE PEOPLE, Need to rise up and Roar!!!!!!!!!! A roar that will be heard around the world.

  • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

If there was a mass conspiracy you do realize that we would be talking about literally 100’s of thousands of people in on it and none of them talking about it…..? 1 in 10 people can’t keep a secret….maybe 1 in 5….So all it would take is for 1 person to come forward and admit that he/she committed fraud and received a memo from someone working for the Democratic party for this “conspiracy” to be revealed – but so far NO ONE has come forward? Chyle, pleez there is no massive conspiracy.

    • Björn Friberg

Nah, you can’t just have people coming forward. You got to have people that listen to them as well, and others yet who are willing to discuss it. I think I know where the chain is broken =P

      • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

All of us are listening! Where are they??

        • Björn Friberg

I highly doubt that everyone’s listening, but I’m more interested in the ones discussing it. Like this article on snopes: http://www.snopes.com/uncounted-california-ballots/

Note that it doesn’t rule out the possibility of either candidate winning the vote count, it instead high lights how many votes are uncounted for, and that many of them seem to favor Bernie.

          • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

Many of those will also be votes for Hillary. Theory of relative statistics indicates that if there is a change in the overall percentage it could easily sway towards Hillary as much as Bernie.

          • Björn Friberg

Again, I agree. It just vexes me how people are counting the chickens before they hatch.

          • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

Yeah, human beings have a long history of wanting to celebrate before the “fat lady sings” – it’s human nature. In a futbol/soccer match people celebrate when there is 15 minutes left if the score is 5-0 because statistically it is relatively difficult to overcome such a deficit. Everyone on the winning side is guilty of celebrating too soon, and everyone on the losing side has been offended by the taunts of the “presumed winner”.

          • Björn Friberg

            *chuckle*

Allow me to present you with this gem, on instant karma ^^

            https://www.theguardian.com/football/2014/oct/15/salute-france-mocked-sweden-under-21-euro

          • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

Even if 65% of the remaining votes were for Bernie it would barely dent the lead that Hillary has overall – do the math.

          • Björn Friberg

I agree. I just want for Californian voters to not be overlooked.

      • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

I have yet to see one person writing something in a blog ANYWHERE who says, “I work for the DNC and I committed fraud” or “I worked for the election committee in my town and someone from the DNC approached me”….Trust me, if that has happened we would here from them – there are too many of us starving for that type of reveal!

        • Björn Friberg

          http://www.cnbc.com/2016/06/08/dont-tell-me-my-vote-doesnt-count-california-primary-commentary.html

Trainee pollworker (her input start at 1:44) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MoGeDGHmwJU

So she was told on how to to do things. How did it turn out?

          Well, there’s this:

          https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gKrCjj81ZXg

and on the other side there’s this:

          https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3QY__6H45MA

Now, I’m not even a US citizen, but I still get irritated when I come across article after article basically proclaiming “Everything is done, nothing to see here. Move along.” How about you?

          • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

If there is actual fraud then I expect those responsible will be charged and prosecuted! I will be the first to admit I’ve been duped if it is on the level that so many are suggesting. In this country there is a concept of “innocent until proven guilty” and not the other way around….Do some people get away with crime? Yes, but it’s to prevent people from being charged absent of proof.

          • Björn Friberg

I agree, I too would like it to be investigated and if there is cause for concern, the guilty should be punished accordingly. If there is NO cause for concern, it should be shown by the findings of the investigation.

All this “IT WAS FRAUD” vs “NO IT WASN’T” without any checking into it is only damaging to the democratic process, not to mention the US citizens themselves. As if democrats vs republicans wasn’t toxic enough, now there’s infighting to?

As an outsider looking in, I can only hope that something good will come of it all, ’cause I actually like you darn fellas =)

          • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

I agree – I’m in favor of the process being fairly scrutinized, but I don’t want people to be considered guilty until they are proven guilty. Healthy skepticism is a good thing, but a completely untrusting paradigm serves no one.

          • BrianK1951

            Bejorn,

I actually like you fellas to even when we make fun of the way you talk. Subsequently, while I may laugh I actually liked Minnesotans who have their own Nordic way of talking. Uff-da!

          • Björn Friberg

            Hahaha ^^

That accent cracks me up to ;D, and I laugh every time I hear the “bork, bork, bork” from the Swedish chef in the muppet show ^^

It’s even more funny, because we learn English from a young age (and don’t dub our imported tv shows) so apparently we’re the best non-English nation to speak English =P

That being said, I actually HAVE heard people (many, too) talk with that weird Hollywood accent so it does exist *chuckle* ;D

I remember I got so disappointed once when I asked a friend of mine from the US to help me get rid of my accent, and she said “what accent?”

I sure want to visit the US, and now also so I can find out just how bad she was trolling me ;D

  • WGaskill

Others in Clinton’s camp will go down for this – she will be “teflon” Hillary. The email scandal will go to an indictment and a conviction, but President Obama won’t let the indictment happen until after the election, and Hillary may be the first President in history to pardon herself!

    • Donk

Oh…loook, it’s now the “Russian” Hackers. How predictable.

In addition, she has established a blog detailing her

  • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

Here’s another something to think about: most Hillary supporters I’ve met would have gladly voted for Sanders had he won the primary, so it seems illogical that there would be a vast individual effort to sway the election on Hillary’s behalf.

    • Björn Friberg

Not if there’s money involved. I don’t deny the probability of Hillary having more voters then Bernie, but I most certainly am concerned about the lack of transparency in the election process.

Why should I as a non-US citizen be following the election and even argue in the debate online?

It should be quite obvious by now, with the Iraq war and it’s following consequences that politics in the US have big effect on the rest of the world. And not always in a good way.

      • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

If someone was paid off it would be extremely difficult for them to cover their tracks – people talk too much – especially with social media…..Not saying it did not happen, but I very much welcome news of evidence of corruption.

        • Björn Friberg

So would I. I don’t think there has to be bribes involved or someone being paid off. People with power don’t really need threats or bribes. Getting on the good side of someone rich and powerful could easily sway certain types of people to do less moral things.

Of course, revealing how they pursue their own interests over say, a democratic process, would be extremely counter productive. I’m not at all surprised if there where people like this involved (but that goes for all camps, not just one). So someone rich and powerful could just do nothing and still receive the benefits of people.

What I’m trying to point out is that there are many ways to corrupt a process and the best way to minimize damage is with greater insight and transparency. Something I find the election process lacking. I can only hope to read of how wrong I am.

      • Derek Amarpreet Whitman

If bribes was offered it’s difficult to believe that not one whistle blower has come forward. Especially on a conspiracy that is imagined to be this large.

        • Björn Friberg

To be perfectly honest, there’s no evidence it hasn’t happened, but we just haven’t heard of it.

Still, the absence of evidence is not evidence in itself. I too, would like to think that widespread bribery would have been exposed by now.

    • George Hristovitch

Wealthy and powerful interest groups are terrified of Sanders… it makes perfect sense that they would work against him. Election rigging has been used for decades to create the illusion that Americans are much less progressive than they actually are – notice that practically no case of rigging in history has favored a progressive, almost all fraud pushes results to the right.

  • Carlos Pang

Racketeering Lawsuit Exposing Nationwide Vote Rigging in DNC Primaries Could Derail Clinton. I wish the word could, could be replace by will.

    • Trumanbaby

If you’re seeing ANY headlines acknowledging this, you’re more informed that we are! If only..! We need to ride herd on the networks and ask them WHY they haven’t covered this! All I’m hearing, on the 6pm news (as we speak) is that Hillary is now ahead of Trump! Disgusting!

  • BrianK1951

Is it possible that people lie at exit polls? They are not scientific, and statistics can be manipulated. Say for example all my friends support Bernie Sanders. After careful thought, I cast my secret ballot for Hillary Clinton.

At an exit poll I don’t want my friends to know I am a closet Hillary supporter. So, I lie. Hillary is very unpopular. But in many ways, she’s actually the better candidate. So, people will lie.

I read with interest a recent article at

    http://thefreethoughtproject.com/election-fraud-rico-lawsuit-alleging-widespread-e-vote-rigging-dnc-primaries-derail-clinton-nomination/

    You are perhaps aware of
another voting activist that might be able to assist you and
vice versa. Beth Clarkson has tried on several occasions to challenge the
election results in Kansas. Beth is a PhD statistician
with Wichita State. There is information about her at http://bethclarkson.com/

In addition, she has established a blog detailing her
struggles in trying to verify voting results in
    Kansas.

    http://showmethevotes.org/

I have been trying to bring her efforts to light with as many
people as possible in the hopes that her cause
might be amplified by the support of others.

    Please take a moment and

at least look at these two sites.

Your article and cause is a worthy one as is
    hers.

What’s different is that Sanders got people very very excited, so now the public is paying much more attention. Additionally, Sanders completely surprised the establishment with his popularity, so they had to cheat too much too quickly, resulting in many more sloppy mistakes than usual.

I am inclined to say the ‘the oligarchy’ rigged the elections because clearly it would NOT be happening if they did not condone it… and the establishment democrats have been astoundingly calm as this has taken place. Of course it could be a foreign govt or entity but the reason I don’t think so is, would they be so calm about it… but then maybe they’re okay with that too… The bottom line is that the elections have been rigged to give us Hilary V Trump… Billionaire Trump was given billions in 24/7 Wall To Wall FREE media coverage for a reason… if they hadn’t wanted him to win, they could have backed off on that just as the corporation owners made sure Bernie was nearly blacked out and very negatively covered. Which just goes to show you that Bernie really has WAY more support that the media or their owners are willing to let on…

They picked Hillary and Trump ‘for us’ and WE MUST NOT ALLOW THEM TO DEFINE OUR CHOICES! #OwnPolitics

I seriously doubt that the GOP..except when you consider the point at which both parties meet (i.e. the megacorp-mafioso)..had anything to do with the Democratic vote being suppressed! THAT was entirely the work of egomaniac Clinton, who is determined NOT to be run out of THIS election, too! I could NEVER doubt her determination or dedication to getting the presidency for herself, no matter what..or who might stand in her way! Ironic that, in spite of herself, she might well have cemented her own demise! Let’s hope so!

  • Richard La France

It’s not the telephone polls that matter in this instance. It’s the exit polls. There has been a distinctive amount of difference between the actual exit polls and what is announced on mainstream media – always in favor of Clinton. The lawsuit is about that and many other issues that have been considered election fraud. Arizona isn’t mentioned in this article, yet the registrar closed all but 60 out of the 200 polling places in Maricopa County, leaving people standing in the blazing sun and unable to vote by the time the polls closed. Rhode Island pulled a similar stunt. Alabama closed all but a few DMV offices so people in majorly black communities would be disenfranchised because of having to travel many miles to get voter IDs.

The reason provisional ballots were handed out was that Secretaries of States all over the country have been instructed by Karl Rove to purge thousands of names from the registries. When the voters showed up to vote they weren’t found on the registries and provisional ballots were handed out and thrown away – the votes never counted.

These dirty tricks have been going on since 2000. The older models of voting machines have patches where someone can call in to the machines to switch votes or ignore them altogether. It has also been found that some states have given incorrect information regarding voting dates, times, and locations to minorities, the poor and disabled.

The schemes originated with Karl Rove and the Republican Party but are now used by both major parties. Do not stand for this injustice. Support this lawsuit and await the results.

    • Trumanbaby

Sure..Diebold voting machines (same folks make many of the ATMs) were the culprit in the 2000 election..one of the (R) bigtime corporate supporters. Do we doubt that there is not the same sort of alliance on the Dem side? Of course, there is!

You guys are really grasping at straws here, Hillary won fair and square in california, psssst guess what? Latinos came out in FORCE for Hillary, they don’t tweet, instagram or facebook, the polls had it all wrong. Their voices are only heard at the POLLS. *leaving smarmy comments while eating taco*

    • George Hristovitch

We’re not grasping at straws – the math has been done by top election fraud experts: it is statistically impossible for Clinton to have do as well as she did, serious discrepancies that ALL FAVOR CLINTON have been recorded in a dozen states.

      • Calvinius

Just because these clowns proclaim on the Internet to be “top election fraud experts” doesn’t mean they really are. The “discrepancies” they refer to don’t actually exist.

  • mom_carmina

Did you take into account the numbers of early voter and absentee ballots that would not have been part of the exit polling process?

    • George Hristovitch

I would as assume that a prominent election fraud expert like Fitrakis would know what he is doing – do some research on his background if you would like: he is extremely experienced and helped protect Obama against pro-Republican hacking in 2012, which could have cost him the election.

      • Calvinius

That’s just it. Fitrakis isn’t a prominent election fraud expert.

  • Steve Cody

Sorry to rain on your parade, but an Ohio state court doesn’t have jurisdiction over election cases from other states. An Ohio court could only adjudicate a claim of elect fraud in Ohio. But when you read the complaint, you’ll see there are no allegations that any fraud occurred in Ohio. If this attorney files this lawsuit, it will get tossed out of court quickly for lack of jurisdiction.

Bernie Sanders is a socialist idiot!

  • This very disappointing, but it should not be surprising. As George Washington anticipated, political parties are just private clubs (RNC, DNC, etc.) that have wedged themselves between the People and their government. They enact laws that obstruct competition, isolate disfavored people, empower themselves, and enrich (and conceal) their campaign funders. The current much-publicized “elections” are a public subsidy for the selection of political party delegates who will select candidates that represent the parties, not necessarily, or likely, the People. The ’70’s FEC $3.00 donation to Presidential campaigns and political party conventions facilitated that takeover. Donors had no idea whose money they were supplementing. Thereafter, public subsidies to businesses increased as the wealth and influence of most citizens declined. That is why I am opposed to “matching” plans, and alternatives that perpetuate fundraising and voter disenfranchisement.

    Latest results from the California Secretary of State’s website;
    Clinton 2, 243,381 votes 55.4%
    Bernie 1,770, 555 votes 43,7%
They are still counting so these totals will change, but Hillary Clinton is still comfortably ahead right now.

  • The DNC rigged the process, and Bernie clearly won. As far as I’m concerned, the public has spoken, and has been ignored by the established interests. Now the question is this, what will we do about it? Democracy is NEVER given, it’s taken, now think HARD about what that means. You know why they didn’t dare do this crap with Trump? Because they have militias, that’s why. That should hopefully convince you why Bloomberg wants Gun control so badly, and why it’s not in our interests. This is BULLSHIT, I don’t consent to be governed by a soft-authoritarian system.

Look on the bright side: even if this lawsuit unfortunately falls through, we Trump won’t become the next president because Hillary will rig the general election too.

I’m really disappointed in myself for not realizing this earlier, I had the passing thought but it seemed too crazy. It has now become obvious. The media dumped billions of dollars in “free” air time for Trump, they have done all they could to make him the centerpiece of this election. I wondered why an otherwise liberalish media would do that. Ratings? The train wreck effect? No. We watched Trump or hours of an empty podium while waiting for trump. Why? We thought it was to snub Bernie out of it to help queen hillary, and that is obviously true but it’s more than that. This corruption goes much farther. I believe they actually snubbed the other gop candidates and basically pushed trump to the top so that he would become the gop candidate, then, as we are seeing happen in real time, trump who had actually almost started seeming like a real candidate, starts going crazy again. The comments about the hispanic judge, etc. and I expect him to get even crazier over the next few weeks. Now, as I’m writing this, Fix News is reporting that many of the big corporate sponsors of the gop convention are backing out! Why? Trump is actually a plant. A close friend of the Clintons for years, is it possible it was all a set-up to remove the viable gop candidates then trump goes crazy again, loses poll numbers, supporters start to drop off, and queen hillary get an easy landslide win? I imagine Orwell would be surprised

Considering the case against Blackwell was dismissed due to 11th Amendment State immunity, and the key deposition witness died in a plane crash a month later, how on earth will this case be any different in the same courts of Ohio? It didn’t change the outcome of the election. No parties were found guilty in court and no one even had to change their rigged electronic election setup? I’m all for stopping election rigging, but how when the courts are A) notoriously unaware of how the internet works much less electronic voting machines and their flaws…and B) appear to be so far on the side of stopping a scandal as to ignore all evidence and find for the “status quo”.

Two issues: Exit polling and paper ballots 1) Exit polling by media: Regardless of your position on the Florida 2000 race, when The major news organizations called the race for Gore ONE FULL HOUR before the polls closed in Tallahassee (Central Time Zone) there were reports of hundreds of voters leaving from many polling stations with long lines due this jumping the gun. Not only were the EP’s inaccurate, they had the effect of wagging the dog, in what turned out to be Bush II’s favor. I urge everyone to lie every time they are questioned about their vote at any exit poll. 2) Voting machines: Inherently vulnerable mechanical devices that are in most cases antiquated, and easily be hacked. ALL VOTES SHOULD BE RECORDED ON PAPER BALLOTS AND SUBJECT TO RECOUNT! this is a municipality by municipality issue! Make a difference! Force your local election officials to make paper balloting that is cross checked against voter lists THE LAW IN YOUR CITY OR TOWN!

I am totally behind Arnebeck and all he is doing to expose and prosecute voting fraud especially in this upcoming 2016 general election. The only problem is he seems to think the FBI can just automatically be trusted to be honest when enough evidence also exists showing this is not necessarily the case. My comment is being made 5 weeks after this video was published onto Youtube (mid July 20th). Nothing has been mentioned IN THE MEDIA about any potential voter fraud over the past five weeks but I personally lose sleep over night literally worrying about this as I am convinced The Bush syndicate is preparing to do. I believe they will attempt to assist their globalist close friend Hillary in stealing the election from Trump. The Clintons have their criminal goons too. I am so confident that Trump will decisively beat Hillary in a fair race but I cannot imagine the globalists just sitting back and letting the election go on without trying to steal it from Trump. You see, last week, the FBI finally said they will not be recommending any charges be filed on Hillary for her Email scandal even though laws were clearly broken. Comey has turned out to be a piece of compromised trash just like I predicted. Personally, Ive been screaming for a couple years how corrupt the FBI (or parts of it) has become over the past two administrations. So the fear of being prosecuted and punished by our current justice system hardly even exists just like I have been saying. Plus Arnebeck needs to name some freaking names and stop with the “them” and “the media” vague accusations. That goes nowhere. He needs to start posting the specific precincts and the county head person’s name and picture even in charge. Also it would not hurt to perhaps do something unique given the circumstances. I mean something many might think is outrageous, that is until you really think through the seriousness of the theft of this upcoming presidential election for our country. I am speaking of perhaps requesting several motor cycle gangs (who are honorable in many ways and who also happen to favor Trump way over Clinton) to get involved in a manner of watching over certain precincts being suspected the most (or maybe all precincts nation-wide) and have these gangs make formal statements to the press that includes their intentions of providing the justice against any such efforts to steal this election by either side. They could even give specific intentions that some might consider to be threats as they could make outright promises to the public weeks in advance of the election stating they will be taking action themselves to eliminate as a justified punishment to anyone being exposed as having been involved in any attempt to steal the election in November. The position being taken by these gangs could actually match with public approval too if carried out properly by the top leaders of these gangs combined with the information and planning by attorneys such as Mr Arnebeck. They could be watch dogs for both sides yet all parties know where the significant threats of major fraud will certainly come from if in fact it is allowed to take place. Simply depending on the current justice system we have now will not do it! The sooner this attorney realizes this sad pitiful fact, the better. Hell, just tell the bikers the story of Michael Connell. Why not promise these globalists and their goons a little bit of their own medicine. Let them know the seriousness of the matter and that the gangs fully intend to follow through with ntheir guaranteed executions of all individuals who get exposed committing fraud against America because we cannot depend on our court system right now to be completely honest. The masses just might go for it and I believe these gang members would carry out their promise of street justice to in a way that could be very believable before the fact. This story might sound a bit corny but the sad fact is this is all we have right now. When does patriotism become crime and vice versa. The colonialists were breaking the law of the land when they took up arms against the authoritarian legal system of their day. Were they criminals when they signed the Declaration of Independence? It depends on who you might have asked at the time. Let it be known it is only a temporary watchdog effort for this election only. Who could really argue against justice and the punishment for voter fraud?

All brainwashing aside.. The USA is in DEEP trouble.
Hillary wants a One World EVIL SATANIC Order…Trump wants NATIONAL.. thus keeping the USA in it’s borders.. Not a big brainer there..
If you research the North American Union (kinda like the Europeon Union) where US, Canada & Mexico become one) that Cruz’s wife did the documents for and that Cruz would have been pushing as he was paid to do… you will see that:
Those who took the EVIL money would do the EVIL thing..
Trump paid for his own campaign.. thus the ANTI-TRUMP media, reports, slandering etc..
He WON’T do what they want and can’t be controlled..which is why they want him gone.
The US$ is ‘worthless’ and with the BRICS now using gold back currency.. no one will trade with the Americas except allied countries. The crash is deliberate for TRUMP to fail and the people to hate him.

There won’t be another election in the USA and most can see there never really was a ‘true’ election in the past. If was proven by a ‘grandmother’ in 2004 who pursued the fraud with the machines..yet it continued.

If you fear about Trump, I’m sure he will have the BEST of the BEST advising him..

Obama & Hillary are keeping the borders open..not registering or vetting anyone coming through.. (found 27 cases of TB so far) This is done to make Americans a MINORITY..
Once that happens.. the borders will be lost, the Constitution, Bill of Rights, Freedom of Religion etc.. all gone.

THINK SMART now.. Not about republicans / democrats/ left / right.. It’s about your children’s tomorrow.. Wake up now.. step out and see it for what it is.. Happy Voting!

How are exit polls done, and how reliable are the results of the exit poll?

Exit polling is like any other polling only in person. The in person part is what increases the likelihood of ‘incorrect results’ because it amplifies problems inherent to more normal polling. Generally the main reason exit polls differ from final election results are because of sampling or response bias. These are major problems with polling in general. Because survey methodology and exit polling in general is relatively technical, I’ll try to state what exit polling is in relation to normal polling and then discuss how sampling and response bias occur.

Why can’t they list every person online their name and ssn and how they voted so people can see themselves votes aren’t being stolen and are being accounted for. With technology now a days we can do anything. I know some people who said they’re not voting but someone stole their vote by saying they were out of state and voted for them by stealing and mailing in their ballot.

Is one of the core issues here that any activity of this kind, done within a private club or party is not subject to normal laws? I’ve noted some judges say that if the DNC wants to run a rigged election process, disenfranchise voters and blacklist some of their own candidates, they can. Their rules apply, not those on lawbooks, even when the ultimate outcome is the selection of the US president? As long as we have corrupt party leaders and those same parties owned by corporate lobbyists with an agenda, then nothing will/can change.
