Those of us who’ve been awake to the single-minded, establishment promoting agenda of the mainstream media, have known that they’re teleprompter reading talking heads who serve little more purpose than to regurgitate the day’s handed down talking points.

The Mainstream media is scripted. If you doubt this claim, click here.

However, Olympic-Level Troll, Jon Hendren decided to conduct an experiment on live TV to prove this notion. His actions were nothing short of genius.

During a brief segment on the fluff-filled hot air network, HLN, Hendren was invited on to talk about Edward Snowden.

As expected, HLN attempted to paint this heroic man as a terrorist and a villain. Hendren quickly defended the actions of Snowden and referred to him as a real patriot, which he most certainly is.

But after HLN played a brief snippet from Snowden’s interview on HBO, Hendren began talking about a different Edward — with scissors for hands.

After the clip plays, the HLN host asks Hendren if he thinks “Snowden’s actions were worth that risk?”

“I think that casting him out in society, simply because he has scissors for hands, I mean, that’s so strange. People didn’t get scared until he started sculpting shrubs into dinosaur shapes and whatnot,” replies Hendren.

Without listening to Hendren’s answer at all, the host keeps plowing through her script.

“Casting him out is completely wrong,” Hendren said. “We’re treating him like an animal, somebody who should be quarantined and put away. Just because he was created on top of a mountain by Vincent Price, and incomplete, with scissors for hands and no heart…Edward Scissorhands is a complete hero to me.”

Keeping a straight face the entire time, Hendren successfully and most epically trolled the mainstream while simultaneously exposing the ridiculous nature of scripted “journalism.”

Kudos to you Jon Hendren. Thanks for using humor to make such a valid point.
