It seems as if every time you turn a corner there is a drooling bureaucrat there waiting to strip you of, not only your dignity, but your privacy too. In the name of preventing drunk driving we’ve seen the 4th Amendment completely dismantled and Stasi-like checkpoints setup nationwide. The innocent are presumed guilty and everyone is treated like cattle to provide some façade of “protection.”

According to 5 NBC DFW,

Some drivers along a busy North Fort Worth street on Friday were stopped at police roadblock and directed into a parking lot, where they were asked by federal contractors for samples of their breath, saliva and even blood.

Your own body is no longer sacred, with the implementation of saliva and blood tests in North Texas, the state has declared your salivary glands and your blood to be within their domain. Now cops are pulling citizens over and claiming the right to issue a saliva test or blood test to see if you are under the influence of one of the many substances that they deem “illegal.”

Whats more is the fact that they already violate your privacy without your consent and lie to you about it with the passive breathalyzer test before they get permission for anything!

Driving recklessly is already against the law, if you kill someone because you are an idiot versus killing someone because you are drunk, there is no difference. Both of these incidents demonstrate reckless disregard and the end result is exactly the same.

The state claiming the right to look inside your body is most assuredly not for the protection of yourself and others. Moreover, the state granting themselves the power to invade the only real thing that you actually have dominion over, your body, without even seeking a warrant is yet another example of the technocratic police state that is being built up around us.
