Minneapolis, MN — A car full of teenagers, who had just finished a game of basketball at their local YMCA was targeted by one of Minneapolis’s worst.

Luckily one of the young men in the car hit record as this vile public servant began to violate their rights.

For the majority of the 45 minute long civil rights violation, the teens were not told why they were being detained.

“Can you tell me why I’m being arrested?” a friend asks in the video.

“Because I feel like arresting you,” the officer replied.

Faysal Mohamed, 17, posted the video to his Twitter account and also submitted it to a local news station.

“Plain and simple, if you f— with me, I’m going to break your legs before you get the chance to run. I’m being honest I don’t screw around,” the officer said.

Mohamed’s friend said in return, “I never said I was going to run.”

“I’m just giving you a heads up. Just trying to be officer friendly right now,” the officer said.

Eventually, as other, less vile officers arrived, the teens were told they were suspected of stealing the car they were in. No one was arrested, however, the teens were held on the roadside for 45 minutes in handcuffs. While the teens were being held captive, their vehicle was torn apart in an attempt to justify the harassment.

According to the Minneapolis Police Department,  the incident is under investigation.
