This OKC cop has already been charged with several counts of first-degree rape, forcible oral sodomy, sexual battery, indecent exposure, and one count each of first-degree rape by instrumentation, first-degree burglary and felonious stalking.

Daniel Holtzclaw

Oklahoma City, OK — After two adults and one minor have come forward with allegations of being sexually assaulted, former Eastern Michigan University football player and current Oklahoma City police officer Daniel Ken Holtzclaw, now faces 6 more counts of sexual assault.

According to mlive, the most recent charges allege that two adult women and a 17-year-old female were sexually assaulted by the Oklahoma City police “officer being investigated,” and that they identified their assaulter as Holtzclaw, the 27-year-old Enid, Oklahoma native, after searching the news and finding his name online.

The allegations have resulted in six new charges being filed against Holtzclaw, adding to the 26 charges he already faced stemming from allegations that date back to February 2014.

In August Holtzclaw was arrested and charged with several counts of first-degree rape, forcible oral sodomy, sexual battery, indecent exposure, and one count each of first-degree rape by instrumentation, first-degree burglary and felonious stalking.

A month after his arrest in August more women came forward which resulted in 10 new charges against him.

Now just over a month after that, the charges against Holtzclaw total at 32.

Most of these alleged assaults happened while he was on duty during his 4 pm to 2 am patrol shift. All of his alleged victims were in an isolated part of town, they were black, and most were pulled over for traffic stops.

Imagine being pulled over by this officer as a woman, thinking you are just going to get a ticket, and raped instead.

Holtzclaw’s family maintains his innocence and have started a facebook page called, “Justice for Holtzclaw.” His family refers to the multiple allegations from multiple women as, “accusations from those with an ulterior motive.”

Apparently they think these individual women have banded together in some attempt to smear a police officer. Seems legit.

Sadly Holtclaw, while being an extreme example, is not a rare breed of cop.

Sexual misconduct is the second highest of all complaints nationwide against police officers, representing 9.3 percent in 2010, according to an unofficial study.

In 2010, 354 of the 618 complaints involved non consensual sexual acts, and over half of those involved were minors.

Last month we reported on an officer in charge of a rape case who is accused of stalking and sexually harassing the victim.

In September, Oklahoma made headlines with two other serial rapists, besides Holtzclaw, in 3 weeks, all officers, as well as one police chief molesting children.

Also, last month an ‘Officer of the Month’ brutally raped a young woman on the hood of his car, at gunpoint.

In July, a former New York Police Department officer convicted of planning to kidnap and rape women before killing and eating them was set to go free after a federal judge overturned his conviction.

Or how about the police officer that was found guilty of raping a girl with a pencil; she was 5!

But these allegations are likely just some ploy by women and children who have ‘ulterior motives.’
