As the debate over which bathroom an individual should use based on their sexual identity heats up, we are witnessing the ignorant and brash nature of state enforcement of these edicts come to a head.
A video uploaded to Facebook by Tamara McDaniel shows just how ridiculous the state getting involved in your bowel movements has become as a woman is pulled out of the bathroom by three cops who claim she's a man.
The state getting involved in which bathroom a person can use is entirely irrelevant as most all bathrooms these days have dividers and/or stalls behind which people can hide their private areas. It is not only a distraction, but it paints the trans and gay community in a negative light by asserting there is some sexual stigma involved in relieving one's bladder.
The end result of such obstinate legalese clouding the minds of the public is what we see in the video below -- state violence initiated against individuals who have caused zero harm.
In the video, an unidentified woman can be seen in a standoff with the cops, as she tries to convince them that she’s female. In spite of her friends attempting to reassure the officers that she is, indeed, a female, the cops press forward.
The sick irony here is that the cops, in their valiant efforts to protect society from a lesbian attempting to use the bathroom by claiming she is a male, actually violated all the women in the bathroom as they entered -- as men -- with guns.

In her response to the video, in the comments, Claire Wilson described this irony perfectly. “Absolutely disgraceful," she said. "It's bad enough that a woman is ejected from a women's restroom because she's not wearing ‘women's clothes’.
“But isn't it a bit ridiculous that they sent men in there to get her? Doesn't sending two men in just exacerbate the discomfort of the idiot that reported her?”
“This makes me very sad and I want no part of this irrational fear. I mean, can't you think of a 1,000 ways these laws will be used as an excuse to harass, humiliate, and arrest people?” said McDaniel in her post.
Even if this person would have been an actual male, all of the stalls have doors. What could a person possibly see if they snuck into a women's bathroom? Ankles?
Below is only a sample of what's to come as the government gets more involved in how, we as humans, relieve ourselves. Get ready, because it will get much worse.
