precious

Rarely do we ever get to see anything but old family photos after a police officer shoots a family pet. However, this medium-sized pitbull named ‘Precious,’ defied the odds earlier this week when the bullet intended for her, struck the cop who fired it instead.

Wednesday, Deputy Armando Munoz, was serving court documents to a nearby residence when he entered onto private property. When the pitbull began to bark at the intruder, Munoz tried to kill it.

In a twist of fate the real aggressor took the bullet instead.

Luckily for Precious’s family, she was not removed by animal services because of this incident. They did not take the dog into custody because there was no evidence it or the owner had done anything wrong. This was probably much to Munoz’s chagrin.

Below is a video of Precious, the horribly aggressive attack dog, who threatened Officer Munoz’s life so much, that he tried to kill her. She is the dog playing with the two small children.
