Baltimore, MD — Baltimore police, along with the Maryland National guard enforced a mandatory curfew Tuesday night. The Orwellian enforcement of the curfew was captured on live television as CNN was filming a protester.

A man, who Twitter followers identified as Joseph Kent of Morgan State University, was “disappeared” in just a few seconds by police and National Guard.

Kent is a student activist who participated in the Ferguson protests. He appeared to be peacefully protesting in front of a line of riot police when out of nowhere a black hummer rolls up. The vehicle blocks the camera as riot police rush Kent.

Within seconds, the hummer disappears behind the police line and Kent is gone.

Attention America, this is what a police state looks like.
