“I’m tired of you idiots coming out here. We’ll take the phone off now, we’re going to erase it cause that’s what you’re doing, you’re recording everything.”

Houston, TX — A man doing absolutely nothing wrong was illegally detained, assaulted, and arrested by cops who refuse to respect the law.

In Texas, you can lawfully open carry a rifle, it is completely legal. So, this stop, from beginning to end was illegal.

Apparently cops in the Houston area need a refresher course on the 1st and 2nd amendments to the constitution, as just last week we brought you the story of officer Hoang, who unlawfully arrested a man for filming.

The video below was posted to youtube last week. It starts out with a man filming, who is then approached by police.

Around the 1 minute mark, a jackboot thug approaches the man and unlawfully and rudely demands his ID.

There is no requirement under Texas law to carry ID nor does a person have to identify themselves to an officer unless they’ve been lawfully arrested. This was hardly a lawful arrest.

After badgering the man filming for ID, officer jackboot exclaims, “You’re going to jail for failure to ID because you can’t tell me who you are, you can’t prove who you are. I’m tired of you idiots coming out here. We’ll take the phone off now, we’re going to erase it cause that’s what you’re doing, you’re recording everything.”

The man filming was handcuffed and placed under arrest as the corrupt and apparently technologically-challenged police officers tried unsuccessfully to delete the video record of themselves violating this man’s rights.

The man explained the situation as follows:

This happened December 6th, 2014 at about 12:30. I was standing on the corner for about 45 minutes and I specifically did it in Houston because they have always been really good about this. This is the first time I have posted an encounter with police during one of my travels… This one threw me over the edge, I was absolutely livid on the inside… I saw two different officers go through my phone while I was in the back of the patrol car. I was willing to work with the Houston Officers because they have always been really good about this, but they didn’t even give me a chance to work with them…

I am not seeking an attorney. I will open my court.

I actually created this YouTube channel to start educating people about common law and I was attempting to educate people about common law juries on this particular day.

Below is the video, which should be shared and go ultra viral. It’s time we start exposing these officers for the rights violating thugs they are.

Feel free to let Chief C.A. McClelland at  (713) 308-1600 know how you feel about his officers treating law abiding citizens like this. Or leave a comment on their Facebook page.
